Detailed Reviews

The hotel is in a very good location, has very fast WiFi. Rooms are cleaned daily.
Cleaning staff really needs solid re-training. Every time I left the room, I closed the window so that no one could jump into the room while I was gone and steal valuable things there, such as a laptop, camera, tablet, etc. However, when I returned, I found that the window was wide open. My room was on the ground floor, so anyone could jump in and rob my room at any time (It wouldn't take longer than 1 minute). The window led to the courtyard where there were no cctv cameras. Despite complaining to the hotel manager for 5 days in a row, nothing changed. Even when I put a sign on the window asking the cleaners to close the window after cleaning, they simply ripped it off and left the window open again. This put me under a lot of stress because for several days of my stay I was constantly wondering whether my things were still in the hotel while I was away from the hotel... this is unacceptable!!!
besides, two times my towels were taken away and I never got clean ones, I had to go to the reception and ask for clean towels... with all due respect but your cleaning staff really needs solid re-training

Great location and price. Located in the pedestrian district of Santa Cruz. Interiour and rooms a bit outdated and shaby, but clean. Staff friendly and attentive. For a 55€ per night it is a good bargin.

This is a good little hotel at the very centre of Santa Cruz. It is conveniently located near Plaza de España, a short walk from everything. It is clean; rooms are spacious; and the price is very affordable.

The intention was to stay in this hotel for three nights, but after the first one I moved to another one.
The real definition of the Atlantico would be hostel instead of hotel!
The room 9 sq. meter (the bathroom was almost bigger...); the bed absolutely uncomfortable; noisy during the night; they say "plasma TV"....in reality it was a smartphone screen (not bigger than 12").
The only suggestion I can give you: DO NOT GO THERE!!!

We had a lovely room. I loved the glass lift and the restaurant. Great location, next to the concert hall and convenient. Nothing is actually too far from the hotel. The food served at the hotels restaurant was lovely too. We’ll come back

This hotel is in a good location. Clean but not like the Americsn hotels. No hair dryer or shampoo or air conditioni g. There is a ceiling fan. Breakfast was served upstairs on a terrace and was ample. Yogurt fruit coffee boiled egg juicd and breakfast sandwich. Tv was a computer screen.

My wife, my son and daughter (adults) stayed here for a 4 night stay in January. We had not been to Tenerife before, so went very much on reviews. We chose this hotel with the sea/bay view on the 9th floor. What a view and a price worth paying a bit extra for, great balcony. The hotel was great and the food (we were breakfast & evening meal) was simply superb for the price. Lovely fresh buffet style, both sittings, loads of choice. Both meals we looked forward to for the short stay. Lovely facilities; we were lucky with the weather 23 degrees every day, so my son and daughter sunbathed by the pool every day. My wife and I went for nice walks. Great position in the heart of the resort,. Would very much recommend this hotel for the price it charges, superb value, staff were great, very clean, spot on. Thank you !

In any means Atlantico is not a good Hotel... but it isn't bad one either. The location is very good and the price of 32€/single person isn't bad. If average is what you need it's really good choice. But you can get a lot better for paying 10-15€/night more... (and worse for paying less).
PLUS: Staff was friendly and breakfast (included in price) was OK.
MINUS: Cleaning standards not very good, at first sight it seems clean but you can find all kind of dirt. There's no WIFI, only in public area at top floor.

Stayed one night. The hotel is centrally located in the main street of Santa Cruz. Cost of room was about €50 including breakfast. Staff were pleasant. Room was fine. Best thing about this hotel is that the breakfast is served on the roof (7th floor, I think) with a great view of the city.
