Stayed one week ( nights only), OMG! Never ever will come back! Hotel is like hostel. Dirty carpets, walls throughout. Rooms are clean thanks for that to housekeeping. Reception staff rude and helpless,Food no comments, went for full board basis but need to pay for water or juice, only tea or coffee free ( but breakfast time only) , worst experience ever. Comparing to huge amount of hotels we explored it was just awful, feel sorry for people who works there, everything dated dated dated. My bathroom bigger than pool on the rooftop. Management is very poor.

this hotel was closed down by the Spanish authorities due to possibility of collapse !!! We had booked for three weeks and found out on line that it had closed. We were offered alternative accommodation which was fine. however we did go to see where the hotel was and we were delighted that we had the alternative as the Xibana is in a very busy spot close to a main road.

£3500 is gone with the wind! We made a direct booking with the hotel because we have been there several times and got to know them. Whatever you do don't go there, I think the council in Tenerife should demand a warning when they know that a hotel will have to close! How should tourists feel safe to go to Tenerife when it is like this! ?

Stayed here for a week in September with my daughter and couldn’t fault place. So much so I rebooked to stay this coming January with my husband. Having dealt with Jorge prior to our stay and finding him and his staff so friendly and helpful I booked direct for my return trip. The hotel gave me a really good price so I booked our flights separately and then prepaid our accommodation to secure this “ very special price’’ However two weeks ago I received an email from the hotel to say that they had been shut down due to structural damage and had to cancel my booking. I emailed back to find out about being reimbursed and to date have received no reply. I am now out of pocket over €350 and have to pay to stay in another hotel as we have already paid for our flights. Having had such a fantastic stay here in September I was so excited about returning with my husband as despite the negative reviews I had read prior to staying I couldn’t fault the hotel amenities, staff or location. To say I am very disappointed is an understatement!

We were informed 2 days before our departure and Loveholidays offered us an alternative hotel on the beach front. Whilst we were there we decided to find this hotel which was actually in some back street . On the main door was a notice from the Local council stating that the hotel was closed due to structural danger of collapse. So if you have booked this hotel get in touch with your travel company asap.
