This hotel is great defo should not be only a one star. Stayed here for 4 nights on a budget and was very impressed for the little price I paid. We had a twin room so I think this was a bit more spacious. Room cleaned every day, staff very pleasant and helpful. Pool very small and under trees and...

Cardboard walls - noise from all areas of hotel. No balcony, window looks out on to wall of next door block (view described as "garden view" by owner - he must mean the 1 inch of hedge @ Base of wall!!) All refreshments supplied by vending machines. Room the size of a double bed. TV in Spanish. Linen changed only...

The balcony and the mini-kitchen were very nice surprises. The staff were always helpful and smiling. Pleasant common areas and well tended garden. Intend to recommend to friends and family. At the top of a hill, yes, but most good hotels in Puerto are anyway! Traffic-free leafy ginnel or park to go down to town/beach Convenient buses during the day...

Stayed here for 3 weeks. More like a hostel than a hotel. No customer care. Window didn't open in bedroom. Took 2 of us to open balcony door. No place to hang clothes to dry, pool freezing, dogs constantly barking, we had breakfast 3 times at an extra cost also very cheap products considering such lovely bakeries and fruit shops near...

The manager of this hotel goes well above and beyond, we wanted a taxi down south and taxis charge €100 minimum, he has offered to take us down tomorrow, nice clean and a feel of home, while still being a big hotel

Lovely family run hotel, we welcomed very warmly. Our room was on the first floor but when they got empty room on the ground floor they moved our luggages to our new room while we enjoyed Loro Parque visit. Very friendly staff, very clean room an facilities, wonderful garden, helpful staff. I was missing only a kettle from the room...

Situated on a quiet street just a short and pleasant walk away from the beautiful centre of the town with all its cafes and restaurants, this hotel is perfect for a very economical holiday. All the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean.

I stayed for 6 nights in this hotel beginning of Aug 2016 and the staff were very welcoming, very helpful and the hotel and grounds were spotless. The steep hill was a bit of a pain but taxis are cheap to get back from town, if you really don't feel like walking the scenic steps. I stayed at a very...
