Got to the room, looks straight out onto a wall, its not a balcony! WiFi useless, no water in the room although it said there was! Bathroom over powered by the huge sink, shower over the bath, not easy to get in and out. Far more basic than I expected.
Decent hotel in good location (close to the highway and shops) with ample parking. Rooms are spacey and tidy. Two downsides for me were the lack of aircon and not very comfortable matress. Also, my room was facing the street and due to the traffic outside I wasn't able to sleep unless all windows were closed. It gets a bit warm during the night then.. over all very good experience for the money I paid. Would appreciate some more vegetables for breakfast, but generally i think the breakfast selection is enough.
We had a wonderful time at Los Dragos del Norte and I want to thank the staff and management over and over again for making this a special trip for us. We had a family reunion and came from 2 continents and 3 different countries. We all had different departure and arrival dates. We also needed special attention due to one guest being blind and deaf. This hotel has been PHENOMENAL with everything!!! From the very beginning of answering emails and phone calls, changing our rooms, booking an additional room, keeping us on the same floor, being sensitive to jet lags. Everything has been fabulous. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being so accommodating . I travel a lot and arriving at a place that makes you feel home and comfortable is the best to me. The rooms are great. I loved the layout, the kitchen, the terrace and the open feel. We had everything that we needed. I used the gym and it's perfect for what it is. The beds were comfortable. I was cold some nights I have to say. There are no heaters available. I think it also depends on what room you're in. I slept in different rooms and I had no issues with the 2nd room I was in. There is a bit of street noise from the cars. Location and parking is great. Great lobby, like a private living room to chill, meet and hang Breakfast room is big and sunny. Nice to start the day by just sitting there.…
Good clean room. Close walk to plaza de charco. Little mini mark 1 min around the corner. Good breakfast with the price can’t really complain. If you want more of a hot option for breakfast a very cheap cafe just the over side of the road.
I'm quite satisfied with this hotel. Three stars is three stars, and it's having a gym. Sure, to pay a deposit for a remote controller of the television, or for the key card to the gym is a bit difficult, expecially when you have to ask for those things. But goods: large rooms with kitchen. Bads: location, noise from the street, bed is not very comfy
This is the first time we have booked a bed and breakfast family holiday. These apartments are AMAZING. They are clean and welcoming. They are quiet and accommodating. It is next to a quiet but sometimes noisy road, but you zone out of that. The pool area is spotless and quiet. It is a steep walk back from the town, but worth it. A few little gripes, and they are silly. There is a little too much chlorine in the pool and they don’t have honey available at their delicious continental breakfast. If that is all you can pick at then they must be brilliant. I think a true sign of good, no excellent accommodation, is the fact that most of the guests are Spanish. Many Spanish families are using the facilities, and they are in abundance for a small hotel. There is a small gym, laundry room, relaxation areas (inside and out), WiFi and other facilities, either free or a returnable deposit. The climate in this area of Tenerife is mixed, it is a VERY cloudy place. But, again, this is picky, because the overall climate in the area has meant that without air conditioning, or a fan, we have all stayed cool in the apartment, day and night. We will still be leaving with FABULOUS tans despite the sun hiding behind the clouds most of the time. Fancy a change, definitely get to Lago Martiánez, a lovely relaxing sea pool complex, in the town. The town in the evening has an abundance of restaurants and bars, and after a week we haven’t had one dodgy meal. We will be back to these apartments and town in the future.…
My husband and I Stayed here a few nights, very clean, modern rooms with a great pool area. The continental break was sufficient. Good location, a short walk to Plaza del Charco. We will definitely return.
We didn't like it at all. Cold in the rooms and no way to heat. TV remote and hair dryer can't be found in the room! --> you need to go to reception desk and kindly ask... (because you are not informed on the check in)... then you are informed that you need to deposit 10 euro (by default they assume you want to steal it...). Poor internet connection. No everyday cleaning - which I could understand taking under consideration competitive price, but there is no ventilation in bathroom so your towels never get dry. Due to that (from my point of view) at least towels should be changed everyday. Last but not least: if you are more then 2 in a room there in no way to have a hot/warm shower, because water heating device is too small! That's why I believe it's rather B&B or guest house then hotel...…
Stayed 5 nights at this hotel and found it comfortable and clean. There was a nice breakfast consisting of breads, cheese, ham, cereals, fruit, yogurt, and pastries. There was plenty of room to park the car in the street. Only downside was that the hotel is a good 15 mins walk downhil from local restaurants although there is a bar opposite the hotel which sells sanwiches, burgers etc. The rooms were spaciouis but tv only had bbc news channel in english however there is free wifi.
Just enjoyed a week away here, the place is very clean and tidy. Rooms are at a great standard. Continental breakfast was really good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice warm powerful shower! Enjoyed the pool side but we didnt go in as it was freezing but what do you expect this time of year! Nice cafe across the road too! If you struggle walking up a steap hill regularly then best to get taxis into town as my wife was shattered after walking up the hill every day to get back! Other than that its a great place well done los dragos!
