We had a wonderful time at Los Dragos del Norte and I want to thank the staff and management over and over again for making this a special trip for us. We had a family reunion and came from 2 continents and 3 different countries. We all had different departure and arrival dates. We also needed special attention due to one guest being blind and deaf. This hotel has been PHENOMENAL with everything!!! From the very beginning of answering emails and phone calls, changing our rooms, booking an additional room, keeping us on the same floor, being sensitive to jet lags. Everything has been fabulous. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being so accommodating . I travel a lot and arriving at a place that makes you feel home and comfortable is the best to me.
The rooms are great. I loved the layout, the kitchen, the terrace and the open feel. We had everything that we needed. I used the gym and it's perfect for what it is. The beds were comfortable.
I was cold some nights I have to say. There are no heaters available. I think it also depends on what room you're in. I slept in different rooms and I had no issues with the 2nd room I was in.
There is a bit of street noise from the cars.

The accommodation is quiet, clean,the stuff is friendly and the breakfast is really good, fresh. We had always a place to park the car on the street . No traffic there, so you hear only the birds chirping. I recommend this accommodation! And we will gladly return here.

Decent hotel in good location (close to the highway and shops) with ample parking. Rooms are spacey and tidy. Two downsides for me were the lack of aircon and not very comfortable matress. Also, my room was facing the street and due to the traffic outside I wasn't able to sleep unless all windows were closed. It gets a bit warm during the night then.. over all very good experience for the money I paid. Would appreciate some more vegetables for breakfast, but generally i think the breakfast selection is enough.

Very pleasant stay in the wonderful place of Puerto de la Cruz, completely adequate 2* hotel, perfectly clean, excellent cuisine, helpful staff. Amazing ocean, easy bus transportation, Loropark, boat trip... I'm going again next year. I just recommend a direct flight, even at the cost of your own transfer and accommodation search.

Exceptionally charming and helpful reception staff set the tone for our few days in this aparthotel.
Our apt was spacious with a comfortable settee, adequate kitchen ( 2 ring hob, toaster, coffee pot, a kettle and a good sized fridge).The balcony off this area had good furniture and a lovely view of the town down to the sea.
The bedroom had twin beds which were comfortable, and lots of storage. There was a full sized bath with a reasonably adequate shower over it. The apartment was spotless and seemed to be freshly painted.
Wifi is free in the lobby.It is just a 15 to 20 mins walk to the town centre but the uphill walk back is steep! There are small supermarkets just around the corner and a large supermarket about 10 mins walk away towards the town. We rented a remote control for the large TV and got our deposit back when leaving. All in all, much better than we expected and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the north of the Island.

Stayed here for a week in early July. Hotel staff are soooooo helpful and obliging. Pool a lovely temperature and rooms more than adequate.
I'd highly recommend it for families and couples. It's clean, quiet and central. On street parking is free and safe.

We had a 2 bed apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. It was close to the beach and supermarkets. I would recommend this to anyone. The breakfast that was included was plentiful although the choice was limited but still enough to satisfy. There was a lovely cafe across the road which served fantastic food and drinks.
