Had a lovely holiday, the hotel was lovely and the dining room and food excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the connecting room we were allocated. We had young girls staying in the connecting room you could hear them talking on their mobile phones, when they came in late at night after the nightclubs 6am not able to go back asleep. phone alarm going off at 7am , you shouldn't be able to hear that in your hotel room. your hotel room should be your sanctuary to enjoy the peace and quiet. I would never stay in a connecting room again they should only be for families.

Hello Irene, We are pleased that you had a lovely holiday and we want to thank you for choosing to stay with us. We appreciate your very positive comments about our excellent food. However, we are sorry that you had some noisy neighbours during your staff and that this caused some irritation. We have noted your comments to improve this aspect if we can. We hope to see you again in the future and we wish you a great year ahead. BlueSea Interpalace Hotel Team

Omg from. The off all staff miserable and unhelpful food just about passable to. Survive if it was hot dated hotel. But big rooms and free WiFi no. Atmosphere around bar or pool if the sun wasn't out woukd of been total. Disaster ate out most nights elsewhere

Hello Julie, We are very disappointed that you found aspects of our hotel to be unfavourable. We are genuinely surprised by your comments about our staff, who are often complimented on their warmth and efficiency. What's more, it is unfortunate that our extensive array of food was not to your personal taste; we do our best to please everyone but we appreciate that it is not always possible, as in this case. Nevertheless, we hope that you managed to enjoy your holiday and we bid you farewell with regret that we were not the hotel you hoped us to be. BlueSea Interpalace Hotel Team

Had a lovely holiday, hotel bright and clean, pool area lovely, staff pleasant and helpful! Food standard all inclusive but plenty of choice and nice. Would have liked more information about the hotel, maybe a file in bedrooms with info ! Would have also loved tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom, missed having a coffee on the balcony! We had a lovely sea view, the only thing that spoiled it was the noise from the street, at night it sounded like a race track . Entertainment ok but could have been a bit more varied, but smilecrew did try their best. Overall a lovely hotel but with a few small improvements could be a fantastic hotel!

I didn’t wanted to write a review about your hotel, because we didn’t find it interesting. But! We are very disapointed with the way you treated us in our last day. When we left the room card at the reception nobody took the bracelets or told us that we can't drink a glass of water or to eat before leaving at noon & it's a all inclusive hotel. It just happened because we answered sincerely at the restaurant's question, after a lady took our temperature and got us in, “is this your last day?”. When we said yes, she asked us to get out of the restaurant, because if it is our last day, we only have breakfast. Imagine how we felt. We went to the reception and ask about it. The lady from the reception told us that we can go at the restaurant and eat, and then we can come up and pay the meal. After we kindly declined, she felt the need to cut the bracelet, to be sure that we don’t come back or something? Imagine that again! As we were the first time in Tenerife, we went on excursions 5 of 7 days of our vacation. How was it to go to the reception and ask for a refund because we skipped the meals and drinks on those days? Silly, no? You can't say this is hotel policy because you do not check what people actually leave and you do not inform. And let's not forget about the fact that at the bar is a employee that touches all the dirty glasses gotten from people that comes to refill, and with no washing or other protection, touching the new glasses that he is giving away. How is that about pandemic safety? We could not sleep at night because of the loud music across the street, coming from the bar of your other chain hotel. Wired, no? We had no shampoo or washing gel at a 4 star hotel. No room vacum for 7 days. Air conditioning wasn't functional. I can understand that you are not perfect. Nobody is! I can understand that you are not the most expensive so the quality is not high (i can’t say that about other all inclusive that we went to, and it was above expectations, in other places). I can understand that you are trying your best to please guests! But can’t and will not understand the lack of decency!

The food at this hotel was very poor with limited options and the drinks also very limited. Even having to pay for certain drinks when this is supposed to be all inclusive which defeats the purpose. On top of this you had to pay 1 euro to get a cup to have your drinks out of which was small and then got the euro back when you handed the cup back. The hotel catered mainly to Spanish guests and the entertainment was extremely poor and barely any English was spoken making it very confusing and we were unable to participate in mostly all activities which were limited as is. Also the reception gave us no information on when the entertainment was or times so we had to guess and were not told we could go in-between this hotel and the one across the road as they are joint. We had to find out near the end of our holiday from other guests.

Dear shannonmR2067LV, We are disappointed that aspects of our hotel did not surpass your expectations and we are sorry for this. With regards to the plastic cup, this is part of a global drive to curb plastic pollution that is having such a detrimental effect on our planet. Moreover, your comments that allege that we make distinctions between nationalities are unfounded; we treat our guests equally, but you also must be aware that when you holiday in Spain, the mother tongue is Castellano–or Mallorquin in Mallorca–although all our staff speak English to some degree. We would like to thank you for choosing to stay with us whilst we apologise that we were not always the hotel that you were expecting. BlueSea Interpalace Hotel Team
