We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, all inclusive. The area and views are amazing and breathtaking. Room is clean and big. There is a shuttle bus from hotel to the town. Food was not good, repetitive, poor, shocking for a 4 starts hotel. Only breakfast was good, lunch terrible and supper was repetitive, cold (served only pork and fish). Deserts are poor, every day the same jellys. Plase chose only bed and breakfast at this hotel and you will be happy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and you can find delicious food. Breakfast and supper is served at the hotel and lunch is served at a different hotel across the street. Drinks aren't good either. It is not a 4 star hotel. Please avoid this hotel.

From what you said, you enjoyed the area where we are found, and you could relax while enjoying the wonderful scenery. You also commented that your room was large and clean, adding we offer extra services such as a shuttle bus to the centre. You also say, by choosing a bed and breakfast package, those who choose us will be happy. On the other hand, in the end, you take a radical turn by advising people to avoid our accommodation, which does not seem to be in line with the rest of the review. Having noted the above, we would like to thank you for booking your holiday with us. Also, for helping us to improve with your feedback. However, we must apologise for your disappointment with the lunch buffet. We would still ask you to consider the work the kitchen staff do to cater to guests with different dietary needs, habits, and appetites. OK nice hotel, evening reception staff amazing on arrival, reception on daytimes not so happy to help, food is good and service is very good no complaints, but it's 27degrees and not allowed to put on air conditioning really!!! I never read that on my booking sheet i read air con in every room... maybe you should advertise air con avaliable sometimes ?? Gets to hotel after long flight oh I will have a nice cup a tea and sit on the balcony.. oh wait no kettle I have to hire one .. oh I have to buy my own sugar milk and tea.. and they won't let me have a cup only a disposal one... but of course its late so we have to wait until the morning really come on.... Still no tea 11.30pm ... all inclusive is like no other hotel I have ever stayed at deposits for glasses at the bar rent a safe, rent a kettle buy my own cups ..sugar..tea..coffee..milk and if I want air con I can sit in reception very comfortably 🤔 unless its over 28 but today so sorry its only 27... so summary of this hotel... don't expect 4star all inclusive as I would say maybe 3star 🤷🤷‍♂️. But not all bad, good location clean and has a tv no English speaking channel but not a problem not here to watch tv... I personally book all inclusive with air conditioning in every room so on the days I want to cool down and relax after a long day I can but unfortunately not here.... ... 2 star is literally as I'm roasting in my room after a long excursion and need to relax and cool down.. 27 outside is hot to me.. oh we know have a kettle 😁...

Hello Trip30032009138, We are pleased to be able to give you an explanation for what turned out to be the biggest complaint about your visit. Unfortunately, this does not only happen in our hotel but in all hotels in Spain. Thus, we would like to inform you there is a governmental law that prevents turning on the air conditioning in public premises unless the temperature exceeds 27ºC. This being so, and even though we deeply feel your need for air conditioning and coolness, it is impossible for it to be offered in bars, restaurants, accommodations, and, of course, in public buildings. Therefore, and with the possibility of heavy fines for non-compliance, we could not do anything to change the situation. We really understand that after physical activity there is nothing better than to relax and cool down, and although we would have loved it, it is out of our control. As for the extra charges you mention, we would like you to know this information can be found on the website. However, we apologise if you were surprised by this. On the other hand, we are glad to find you enjoyed our location, which certainly allowed you to explore magical landscapes to remember back home. The rest of the staff, especially our night receptionists, would like to do the same, enclosing their best wishes. Flight delay of 6 hours(TUI) arrived4.40am.Rooms adequate but not U.K 4 star(maybe Spanish standard?) It was the all inclusive which was very poor and repetitive. No imagination of menu at all.As a couple we both experienced sickness and diahorea.As did 2 other couples we met there.Reported to management..no response.Food is often cold..bain Marie's not working things often served like pork or sausages can therefore harbour bacteria hence sickness.Was it a nice relaxing holiday? Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights last week and couldn’t wait to get back to the United Kingdom. The rooms were clean and couldn’t complain about the rooms to be honest. Hotel staff were terribly rude and miserable. Apart from the young girl and tall guy that would entertain around the pool area during the day. Entertainment absolutely shocking, I hope this will improve in time for the school holidays. Now the food, terrible doesn’t even cover it, we were all inclusive but had to eat out everyday as the food was so BAD. Pool area- was ok, plenty of sun loungers. Not much to do for a young couple in the area. Very long transfer time. Although no fault of the hotel, other visitors were very very loud, causing trouble. Fighting and arguing. Not very nice experience. Very glad to be home and definitely would not return to this hotel.

Before coming to Interpalace by bluesea I wasn’t sure what to expect except for a clean hotel with cold food as they were the reviews by most people. The hotel is spotless from top to bottom and coming from a clean freak I was happy about that. Reception though could barely raise a smile and checked us in, we paid for a safety deposit box. The room was fine, room 105, but the bathroom was for a disabled person which is fine but the toilet was a little weird. The safety deposit instructions said put a six digits into the key panel, as we struggled to follow the instructions we asked reception, reception called maintenance so they could help. When maintenance came he just said, put a four digit code in not a six digit. Why couldn’t reception just tell us that? Also, reception didn’t explain properly that our hotel is a sister hotel to the two hotels across the road, as you use the hotel across the road for your snack and not Interpalace. You can also use any of the hotels for your other meals or use any of the bar’s. As we were only staying for five nights we had to learn this quickly. It does actually work really good but just wish this had been explain in more detail on our arrival. We needed maintenance again for something and they came and sorted the issue out with no problem. The room was clean and standard. Absolutely fine for us, that was until we slept one night in the room. There’s obviously a generator near our room and as it’s quiet during the night you can certainly hear the noise during the night. Maybe we should have asked to change rooms but as we were only there for five nights we didn’t want the hassle of changing rooms. The bar staff were a little miserable apart from Paola, she was friendly, worked hard with a smile on her face. The meals were lukewarm at best but that’s how it is in most hotels like this, I honestly thought the food was OK, a little repetitive but enough choice. If you want English food in Spain then go to Benidorm! All the reviews about microwaves all over the food hall is rubbish, we saw one microwave but like I said thought the food was fine. It’s not a la carte but it’s fine. The entertainment team, haha shocking. I’ve never stayed anywhere where the entertainment is as bad. It’s not in the school holidays so it could change in the school holidays. For the children I hope it does. None of the entertainment team go round introducing themselves or having a laugh. Or doing much in general!* The pool area was great, clean with plenty of sun loungers, you didn’t have to get up at six am to reserve your lounger at all, as long as we were their for ten am then it was fine. But it is March and not a school holiday. The only thing to spoil the holiday were a few of the younger guests, but that’s obviously not the hotels fault as they can’t select who’s coming. But a lad snorting cocaine off a table by the pool is something new to me, so is when a fight broke out in the bar area later in the night! Like I said that’s not the hotels fault but the kind of people who were staying at that time. Most people were absolutely fine. 2 / 2 Would I stay at Interpalace again? Yes I would, it was fine for my girlfriend and myself but I wouldn’t take my children.

Me and my wife stayed for 5 night, the place was very clean, staf was friendly. Only the food was a little disappointment. Food was bland and less options, you had to pay for drinks at dinner time. I would recommend put more variety on food. Part from that all good, I would defo recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The hotel is lovely. The rooms are spacious, the hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Even when treated rudely from guests which happened on several occasions during my stay. Pool had nothing floating in it the whole week I was there. No bugs, no leaves … just clean water. Freezing water but a nice pool and the pool area was brilliant. I was placed in a room right next to the stairwell for the entertainment area which made for a very noisy evening every single night. I wish I had asked to be moved as I booked this hotel to de-stress and have a relaxing week. Food was standard buffet: there was options cooked fresh at each meal. I wish the labels were clearer. Including allergens. The staff in the dining hall were all lovely. There was plate clearing stations throughout the dining area but they must have been invisible to some guests who just left their tables in chaos. The biggest negative of the week was the other guests. Some were very rude. One day a man was repeatedly screaming the same crude words for about twenty minutes. Trying to get his accent right. I didn’t know there was a free bus. I just walked into town and the area is lovely. Steep hill! Tenerife is a really beautiful place. I’d return to this hotel.

Arrived at 10pm and were allocated a ground floor room overlooking back road, felt like a dungeon! Immediately asked Reception for a move, helpful staff said we would have to stay overnight and request a move next morning. Pleased to move to 5th floor overlooking beautiful mountains. What a shame we also overlooked the sister hotels integrated bar and got NO SLEEP until after the rowdy shouting and loud music stopped around 2am! Hotel should manage this better, at least bring everyone inside rather than sitting outside with music blurring loud so late. Lots of people at breakfast looked as tired as us, clearly also disturbed nights from this bar. Food was poor quality with little variety. Snacks are only simple white bread and budget quality ham and cheese. Restaurant staff, receptionists and cleaners are friendly and helpful Just accept that this holiday is time away from work, nothing special !

Hotel lovely and clean and situated in a good spot , close to local bars and restaurants with a free bus service into Santa de la Cruz , staff very friendly and helpful , how ever the downside is the food , it’s repetitive boring and cold , daily it was fish pork chicken , alas and not warm at all , biggest downside was no ice in the restaurant, now that is a mortal sin , warm wine no thanks

Dear Thelogue, We are glad to hear you felt at home in our resort. Even more so, knowing you didn't stop for a minute, taking advantage of the free shuttle bus service to Santa Cruz, and enjoying the local bars and restaurants. On the other hand, we are sorry to find the buffet didn't quite win you over. However, we would like to remind you there is a microwave available in the dining room so you can heat food to your liking. Also, we regret there was no ice available in the dining room, but we would like to inform you, for any Spaniard, what is considered a real sin is to put ice in the glass of wine, as it makes it lose its aroma and flavour. However, this does not detract from the fact that there are wines better served chilled. The hotel is spotless, staff are very helpful as are the waiters. Only downfall is we have never experienced so many foul-mouthed females in one area, sadly mostly Brits. They advertise a beach being 200m away, this is a total lie. The beach is more like a mile away and can hardly be described as a beach. Food was sub-standard.
