Location: Excellent Puerto de La cruz is positioned on a steep slope descending to the sea with the main tourist areas being 3 beaches to the SW and the old town and Lido to the NE. The Noelia is conveniently located between the two, and not too far up the hill. Staff: Excellent. Everyone here from the management down to the army of cleaners work efficiently, cheerfully and are always very helpful . Cleanliness: Excellent. The aforementioned "army" of cleaners seem to work tirelessly around the clock keeping both private and public areas of the hotel spotlessly clean. Food: Excellent. We are staying here half board. The breakfasts and evening meals are both buffet style, so no waiting around. The food at both mealtimes is varied, plentiful and generally very good quality. The breakfast bacon is very good, and the veal stew (evening option) is the best i have ever had - and I used to work in catering including at a Michelin starred restaurant ! Rooms: Very Good. We are staying in room 602 but I believe that all are very similar. Ours is spacious with a Queen sized bed (2 singles with a large mattress atop) plus a dayroom, plus a kitchenette plus a large balcony with sea view and an adequate bathroom with bath and shower. Our room is cleaned and re-equipped to a high standard daily even though we do not ask for it. Conclusion: We are reluctantly leaving tomorrow after 9 days here and frankly cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you to the management, cleaning staff, helpful receptionists and hard working kitchen/restaurant staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to return soon…
The staff in this hotel are by far the best staff I have ever encountered. They could not of been more friendly and helpful, nothing was ever too much to ask. The hotel is clean and fresh they have entertainment on a night, very Spanish but it’s ok. It’s in a great location on a walk from the towns and beach. The first two days the food was amazing but unfortunately after that they took the best options off and served a lot of the same things. It’s not bad tasting food but not a lot of options. The pool is on the roof with is amazing although it is the coldest pool I have ever been in, but once you have been in a while you get use to it. Would definitely stay again.
This is one of my easiest reviews to give,, hotel was very clean, staff were very nice people, treated us very well,, food was good as well, something different to eat every day. As it was our anniversary, the staff gave us a meal and chocolates complimentary, so thanks for that.Pool up rooftop was very nice too. Can't fault the hotel for anything so would not hesitate coming back to stay in the future. Excellent all round. 👏👏
The pool is compact but never busy with plenty of room to be in the sun. The beach is little more than 5 minutes walk and the town about 10mins with many bars and resturants. The food to generally reasonable for a bufet type hotel but very limited for vegetarians but the manager was happy to take input to make some chanegs and prepared special meals on request. We stayed "all inclusive" and the drinks were good except the basic wine. After talking with the manager, again they changed what we were offered to a better wine so we were very happy. All rooms have a small cooker, fridge, kettle and coffee maker so staying on any board basis would work. Rooms were cleaned well every day and the rooms looked to be in good condition. The rooms also had pull out beds if you wanted to have two smaller children share a room as a family.…
Great views disgusting food not cooked through always the same would not stay again do not come here you will be disappointed manager needs to sort food out its cold boring and not cooked properly really disappointing waited for hoilday for long time and we feel like we wasted our money never again
GF Noelia is situated in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz. A 20 minute walk from the beach where you will discover gorgeous views looking out on the rocky seas, variety of shops and restaurants. In the future, I may avoid going for the ‘all inclusive’ option since the buffet style food that this hotel has to offer, even though the taste was satisfactory. It is very basic and often the same each day. On the subject of the food, I did come across while eating, uncooked / Rawr chicken which I was disgusted. I brought this up to the hotel manager and it appears they took this situation very seriously which I would expect. The hotel rooms are very basic and is cleaned everyday (not Sundays). The hotel pool which is situated on the top floor is lovely and very relaxing. Just the shame that the majority of the week in Tenerife, it was mostly cloudy. The hotel staff are very friendly and polite.…
The staff at the desk was friendly and kind. When we got to the room and opened door, it smell bad. The room is clean, but everything in there is kinda old. It was impossible to sleep because walls ar so thin and we got a family with kids on the other side, they were non stop screaming and jumping. Didn’t enjoy the stay at all. But the poll on the roof is cool.
Needs updating Excellent service from the staff The all inclusive not worth having The meals couldn’t have been more basic In a great location 20 minutes walk to the town centre 20 Minutes walk to Loro parque
My girlfriend and I came here at the end of March and had an amazing time. As we are students, our budget was low but GF Noelia massively surpassed our expectations for how cheap it was. The hotel is situated very close to the beach and in a quiet area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking at a holiday in the Canary Islands or just anywhere hot!
Lovely hotel with great staff. Rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. Pool on t(e roof is small but there is still l,entry of room to sunbathe and you get a great view of the area. Food was great and the drinks are superb.
