Excellent hotel for people who are 30 and above only 5 minutes from beach I would come here again even if I'm on my own . I would recommend going all inclusive the roof top pool is good can relax and chill up there if you need to fine a place reception will help and give you a map to show you where you need to go

Went for a five day break , solo. Lovely hotel, everything in walking distance, which is what i wanted. Really impressed with size of studio apartment. Huge bed! Very clean throughout. Maid came in everyday. I felt very safe and relaxed. Would recommend.

Just arrived home last night after 10 wonderful nights,could not fault hotel,rooms were a great size,plenty storage ect and were very clean,pool area was lovely and also spotlessly clean too and female lifeguard was lovely,reception and dining hall were always very clean also,every single staff member we came across were very nice and helpful,we also met some lovely people at this hotel,the only downside for me was the food,I’m vegetarian and felt I was eating the same food 3 times a day,would’ve been nice if there was some vegetable curries,baked potatoes,pasta with a cheese sauce or something,just some more options for vegetarians,my husband was happy with his meals as he like most foods,would definitely stay here again though ,thank you all so much from room 213

Ok this is definitely a 3 star hotel the rooms a little dated and in need of some TLC,but always very clean. We were on an all inclusive package but unfortunately the food is not the best,and the snacks very limited but I understand the budget given to the chefs is very small so in fairness there was always plenty of food just limited choice. On a more positive note we can't fault any of the staff each and everyone of them were polite pleasant and very helpful from reception to the maid's bar and restaurant staff and the pool lifeguards. Would we return YES based purely on the staff alone.

Arrived late to a fridge of two salads water and yogurts and bread rolls ..we were all inclusive..great touch thanks Had an amazing 6 days everyone really friendly and accommodating. Rooms were large and spacious for two.Sleep quality 100% Older hotel with cracks in tiles etc though that doesn’t affect the hospitality.Pool on the roof ..lovely and cold with life guard attendant there the full opening times. Bar stocked with all the main brands and all inclusive option. Food was ok ..last night was all you could eat steak ..yummy Some food cold from sitting but microwave available.All a good wee relaxing break and met some nice people thanks

The welcome touch of finding salads, water, yogurt, and bread rolls in your fridge as part of your all-inclusive package is a great start to your stay. It's wonderful to hear that you had six amazing days with friendly and accommodating staff. The spacious rooms and excellent sleep quality added to the comfort of your stay, despite the appearance of the hotel. The rooftop pool with a lifeguard, well-stocked bar with main brands, and the option for all-inclusive were clearly positive aspects of your experience. The mention of the steak night is a nice highlight, and even with some minor issues, it seems like you had a relaxing break and made some pleasant memories with fellow travelers. Firstly I want to say i have spent around fifty years taking holidays abroad and have stayed everywhere from self catering apartments to five star all inclusive resorts so I know what i'm talking about. The Noelia is a three star hotel and is very good value for money. The staff from reception right through to the cleaners are friendly and efficient, the whole hotel is spotlessly clean,(not one single bug) the lifts are excellent, the pool area on the roof with excellent views is really lovely, sunbeds are comfortable, pool is 1.28 metres deep which is just right for a 5 foot 2 non swimmer !!Lifeguard on duty all the time. It lacks a pool bar but there is a vending machine for soft drinks, chocolate etc and you can always get your drink at the lobby bar and take it up.Pool towels rather thin. I can't comment on lunch or dinner because we were B&B but breakfast was very good, all the continental, rolls, pastries ,yoghurt,pancakes,cereals,fresh fruit as well as all the ingredients for a full English if that's your taste.I have read complaints about vegetables on the breakfast buffet, duh !!! International clientele, because you don't want it doesn't mean others won't and there was nothing lacking to make way for them. Bedrooms slightly old fashioned but beds very comfortable, rooms at the back can hear sports going on at the local gymnasium but it's a convenient city centre location so it's a trade off, wardrobe a bit small . Bathroom has bath and shower with a safety mat provided. Least said about the "entertainment' the better but I have found this to be the norm in most hotels, but there is a games room with pool tables etc. As I said good value in beautiful Puerto de la Cruz…

Dreadful Hotel wouldn't recommend it after all food is terrible I did all inclusive and I regret it so much no bar by the pool you have to go down to reception to get a drink and then back up says pool is heated it's definitely not says there is Netflix and English channels on the TV I couldn't get one to work stay away at all costs

Staff where lovely and polite. Room was OK but far to many mirrors, bugs crawling over all the kitchen area in our room. Food was awful, last nights vegetables where served at breakfast . Pizza every evening meal, not a great variety of food on the menu. Pool was good. Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

Ivan at the reception is great. He helped as a lot and found solutions to our requests. Thank you Ivan. The overall experience was ok and in line with our expectations. We were in the hotel only for sleep basically. The beaches are so wonderful that any minute in the hotel is wasted.

My first time in tenerife, safe to say i wont be returning to this hotel, Continuous pizza every Lunch and dinner, same fruit, bread, salad, pasta, rice, they would change the meat or fish each day but still everything else was the same, same ice cream daily only the odd flavour difference, no cakes/sweet treats etc, Bugs in kitchen area, we didnt even use, broken side unit and fridge, the door came off in my hand lol!! They wouldnt even let us take a wine glass up from the bar, we would of returned it later on or before we left! I would NOT come here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! WASTE OF MONEY, agree with many reviews on here, we were hoping there might of been the odd Karen or exaggeration, nope deffo bad. The pool has no bar next to it so you need to go all the way to the bottom for food or drink. The fake grass around it is like fire under your feet so need sliders constantly, the evening entertainment was like ballroom music, and the same every night. So if you're hoping for a variety of food or entertainment wise you will be out of luck, the staff in the whole place were amazing! That is the only thing this hotel has going for them, cleaners daily except Sunday, always pleasant etc …
