Great location close to the beach & restaurants and around 10-15 mins walk to the bus station. On a quiet side street (note shuttle transfers will drop off on main road, a few metres from the entrance). Large supermarket 5mins away. Staff on reception, breakfast & cleaners very polite & helpful. Spacious room, plenty of storage, kitchenette with 2 hob rings, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery etc. If you want an armchair in addition to bed & dining table you need to upgrade the room. If you prefer a soft mattress this might not suit as beds are firm. Suggest bring earplugs if a light sleeper. Even with room balcony door closed at night those in corridor were left open & there was noise both external and other guests noisy entering/leaving rooms. Bedding is changed every 4 days, towels alternate days but e.g bins emptied daily. Breakfast worked well- choice of two slots 7.30-9/9-10.30 & three different combo options. Choose for the next day at breakfast. Breakfast seemed good value for price paid. Vending machine in lobby if you need water or soft drinks (1 euro 30/50 each)

I was here for a week from 28th September. A nice welcome at reception to begin with, helpful staff. Rooms are a very good size and are spotlessly clean. Everything you require for a sc holiday. The room overlooked a pedestrian area so no traffic noise. Had a tiny balcony and a partial sea view. The hotel is very central for, shops, restaurants, café and even a launderette close by. I had breakfast on the last day of my stay. Excellent, plentiful and great value. I think the hotel is in the process of being restored, as the pool was being renovated whilst I was there. Some other parts will probably be done in the future. It is a stunning building. No air con, I was happy enough leaving the balcony door open and use the ceiling fan. No children are allowed in this hotel, which suited me. There is a luggage room, and comfortable seating area at reception. All in all, a nice, friendly, clean hotel at a reasonable price. I would certainly return.

Great little hotel in a central position, run by a very friendly team and very convenient for beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants. The room was large, with a kitchenette, small balcony, good bathroom and all was very clean. The road outside was very quiet and meant it wasn’t a problem leaving the balcony door open at night to keep the room cool as there was only a room ceiling fan. The pool area was closed for refurbishment and we went for room only so I can’t comment on the breakfast either.

This had been a last minute booking so I wasn't sure what to expect. However I wasn't disappointed. The room was very clean and tidy with everything I needed (although a comfy chair or two would have been welcome). The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was a little tired and could do with some work. However it was ideally situated to explore Puerto de la Cruz and make the most of the warm evenings. I had a room facing out onto the street which was quite noisy, but this wasn't an issue for me.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 checky week away. The hotel is located in a fantastic place. The cleaners work so hard place is exceptionally clean. Reception staff so helpful. I most certainly did not expect such high standards given the price I paid! Place needs some TLC but nothing to extreme. The hotel has the capability to introduce a bar and small dining area. I will definitely recommend this little diamond and return myself next year. Massive thank you to all the staff xx

This hotel is nicely tucked away but close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We were able to walk to all the places we needed to get to. The staff are very friendly and helpful. All areas were very clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. The heat was bearable due to being able to open the balcony door and a ceiling fan over the beds.

We stayed for a very lovely week in this very central hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. It had a typical Spanish feel of a small budget family run hotel. The reception staff Gadera (my spelling) and Anastasia are very nice, friendly and helpful as is the cleaner. Our room was cleaned and refreshed every day. The room we had was 104. It faced the quiet street with double doors that opened to a Juliette balcony. It was very quiet when the double glazed doors were shut. The room itself was large, but with minimal furnishings. Two beds punched together, a table and plastic chairs. The bathroom had a bath. There was also a good equipped kitchenette and fridge. There is an good size outdoor unheated pool on the second floor with sun loungers. There is also an underground car park that must be pre-booked. Currently €8 per day. This is a very well run hotel and for the price an exceptional bargain in the heart of a beautiful town.
