Upon arrival we checked in quickly and went to our room (11pm) that was spacious as was the bathroom, we then went to ask if we could have anything to eat and the reply was no tomorrow??!! We had requested a sea view but we got a road and roof top of another hotel.2days later we did change to sea...

My husband and I returned from two weeks at the Blue Seas resort with our 8 year old son in September. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot understand some of the negative comments about the resort on here! Firstly, as other posts have suggested you do need to check in at the Canarife Palace and they will tell you...

I thought I'd found a great place for me and my friend from work to stay! How wrong can one be. I've never been to Tenerife before and when we arrived at the resort I was really pleased, the hotel complex looked really nice, pretty, green and our room was lovely. We stayed in Canarife hotel but Bonanza and Interpalace...

Okay for 4 days AI but would not like to stay much longer. The best thing about the hotel is the view. Rooms outdated. No tea or coffee making facilities or bottled water in the fridge. Rooms were not serviced all time we were there. All meals buffet service. Nice selection but nothing was hot. Sun beds are a night...

We have just returned from a 14 night holiday here. We have had a fabulous time. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There are 3 hotels in the resort. We stayed in the Bonanza, but chose to spend most of our time at the Interpalace pool as it seemed more friendly and quieter than the Bonanza. The Canerife also...

We stayed in the Bonanza Palace hotel from the 4th September for 9 nights and we can't really complain. Firstly, the room was spacious and had a very good view of the sea and mountains. The bathroom was also very big and so was the shower/bath. The room was cleaned every two days, a bit annoying but not the end...

We have just returned(5th Oct) It should be a 2/3 star rated hotel and I felt very misled by the 4/5 star rating on various websites. We have been to the Costa Adeje and stayed in a 4 star-there was no comparison. I was so upset on the first day that I considered moving to another resort and footing the extra...

This complex "Blue Sea Resort" contains the worst 4 star rated Hotels I've ever stayed at. Who ever rated the hotels, making up the complex the Canarife, Bonanza and Interpalace is one heck of a con merchant. The place is dirty; killed a cockroach walking across the floor on our first night. The food is terrible and the "All inclusive"...

My Wife & I stayed ten days at the resort from the 17th September 2012. We booked this as described as a 5 star hotel. We stayed in the Canerife. On arrival we had our passports taken from us and told to sit down and wait. Whilst waiting the team dealt with other guest, no explanations as to why, some...

I was going to rate this 3 stars as i felt it was a genuine 3 star hotel, but on my last but one day i had a terrible experience in the Bonanza Palace restaurant. To begin with, Puerto de la Cruz had great weather at the end of September and the resort itself is small, but quiet and peaceful...
