Lovely hotel set in a quiet peaceful location but within a minutes walk to lively bars and restaurants. Botanical gardens 5 minutes walk and public bus service nearby. Check in and check out was easy. Breakfast was very good as were pool bar snacks. Staff were lovely and friendly and room cleaning each day was excellent. Walk to Plaza El Charco down steps but challanging to walk back, taxi back around €5. Only issue was sun loungers been reserved from early morning and not used, despite this we always found some but not in the best locations.

Lovely apartments, we went bed and breakfast and the breakfast is amazing, loads of variety. The rooms are lovely and clean with a nice balcony, the walls are thin so can hinder sleep if you're a light sleeper. Air conditioning would be a bonus as it does get quite hot in your room. The location is great, shops and restaurants round the corner and can walk into the main centre in 25 minutes and a cheap taxi ride back, the walk back is quite steep. The pool area was quiet all day and always able to get a couple of sunbeds. Have already recommended to friends and family

Room Tip: The apartments are located up a steep incline from the main centre but taxis are cheap enough

If you want a really detail review keep reading. Elevator: They have a very small elevator, the elevator does not fit more than 4 people so when dinner and breakfast comes around you’ll be waiting a while for the elevator. All floors are accessible by elevator so if you are in a wheelchairs you can get anywhere. They also have a ranp in front of the hotel. Room; ok so the room is big and you get a tv, two beds (depends off courses on what you choose) and we had a balcony that have a view to the streets. You get a big closet with a safe. A tv, fridge with a small freezer. Sink, sofa and plates and that stuff. My room also had a microwave a phone and some really cool shields. We also have a table and two chairs inside and the same outside with a place to hand wet clothes. The bathroom is quite small but the water pleasure is good so the showers are always nice. The beds are really hard. My back hurts so much the first days, you do get used to it I guess. There is also no air condition or a fan. But the nights were very comfortable. You won’t feel too hot but is not pleseant. The cleaning lady comes almost everyday and they clean really good. She’s also really nice. Pool; The pool is big and they also have a small kids pool. The pool was never very full. They have a life guard and a Ramp. The pool bar and hotel bar; The staff here is what makes this hotel so nice, they are super nice and kind. They don’t speak much English (they speak very good English at the reception) the drinks are super strong and really good. They have a show for the kids each nite and you can choose to sit on a couch erea and see your kids or you can sit at the hotel bar and see them. The food; With breakfast the drink is coffee or juice and that is free I’m the dinner you have to buy. The food changes for most days and they have a huge option in salads, Meat and s lot of vegetarian. The dessert is not good, they always have gelatin? Not impressed with dessert. The food is not very Spanish is just food. Around the hotel there is a lot of shops, restaurants and bar. The beach is a 25m walk or a taxi for 4 euro. Loro park is not so long from here so we used about 6 euro to get there but you could walk for 45m.

We had a great 4 night stay here over the Easter holidays. The hotel is a bit dated, but this is more than made up for it's positives: the heated pool and pool area is lovely, the rooms were basic but spotless and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and efficient and the food for both breakfast and dinner was great, with fresh fruit and salads available. The half board option is exceptionally good value. We found parking easily on the street just outside the hotel and enjoyed walking downhill into the main town (5 euros in a taxi to get back). The kids loved the play area just behind the hotel and the mini golf around the corner near by looked good, though we didn't have time to go there. There are lots of shops (including a supermarket where you can buy 8l bottles of water), restaurants and bars nearby. We asked for a quiet room and were given one overlooking the pool which was perfect. We recommend the walk to Bollullo beach.

For me this is a good apartment hotel, and they have a good garden whit a good pool area. The room is good and the beds are in good condition. Visit in two weeks and they clean the room every day, except last day. I only missing the toastmaster in the room. Will look if this apartment are free, whit my next visit in Puerto.

We had one week here and it was 3rd time in Puerto de la Cruz and 1st in this hotel. Good location, a short walk to centrum. Big super market around corner. Large rooms, we took a double room with over 70m2 with two balconies. Room cleaning worked daily. Basic kitchen equipments, although we did not cook. The buffet breakfast was cheap and good, also buffet dinner. Wifi did not work smoothly, it dropped all the time.

Stayed for three nights with friends. Classic Spanish hotel. The pool area was lovely and clean and plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The pool was a good size and deep. I rarely leave reviews but certain staff members had gone above and beyond to help us. We had booked breakfast but on our last day we had to miss it, the man at the reception sorted us out with some packed lunches (including a gluten free option). Also the food was very nice and one chef made sure I had gluten free bread and pastries in the morning. On the one evening we ate in the hotel the chef came over to me with a slice of gluten free cake which I really appreciated as I hadn’t even asked! Excellent customer service! The only negative (and reason for 4 starts instead of 5) were the beds, the sofa bed was not very comfortable for an adult to sleep on. The room was basic but contained all the essentials and was clean. Would recommend the location but the walk down to the town is very steep and maybe not the best if you have mobility issues or don’t fancy walking up a hill in the heat!

I stayed for a week with my best friend. We booked an apartment for two people which was very spacious. Twin beds, living room area with mini kitchen with all you need to prepare your meals and a balcony facing the swimming pool and the Teide. The reception works 24/7 and the team is always willing to help you with a smile. The breakfast is also very nice. You will find plenty of choices on their large buffet. The team at the restaurant are very polite, greeting us every morning and wishing us a nice day. The swimming pool is very nice with warm water and a bar on the premises. Masaru apartments are on the high part in Puerto de la Cruz but you would be able to reach the seaside within 15 minutes walking. Very good price for the service provided. My friend and I had an awesome week with you!!

We stayed for two weeks. Any problems were sorted by the management when we complained. Handy having fridge and kitchen equipment, with a living and diningroom area. Would have liked to have a kettle in room. The restaurant is to be commended. The food is fantastic! We were half board but the price for purchasing food at the cafe or restaurant was very reasonable. The restaurant staff were amazing. They were very child friendly, happy, helpful and I thought they were marvellous. The live entertainment was not to our taste. A performer with a keyboard. There really is not enough room for people to want to enjoy the entertainment to be fair. Hotel had a heated pool for April. Life guard on duty with inflatables banned. Reception staff team of a man and woman were exceptionally helpful.
