Hotel was located well for us, nice and quiet area and 45 min walk to seafront all downhill so a stiff walk back Probably a bit too quiet if anything with a lot of older guests and mostly German guests not that that was any issue Pool is beautiful and bars were very pleasant Restaurant was not to our liking,...

Flying in to south airport transfer took around 80 minutes. First sight of hotel was promising as it looked clean and modern. Greeted warmly by receptionist and checking in was quick and easy. Room on first floor was clean, spacious and had plenty of storage. No tea/coffee making facilities and use of the in-wardrobe safe was I felt very high...

We liked the look of this hotel quite area nice walk to the beach but unfortunately it was 30 minutes up a very steep hill back to hotel or €5 in cab which wasn't too bad. Ok let start with breakfast if you don't eat meat forget about it have fried egg because they cook the egg and bacon together...

Just spent 10 days here. 3-13 Nov. Found this to be a lovely hotel, read reviews complaining about it. It's in a quiet location, and will suit couples, single travellers, it's a 10-15 min walk to sea, and hilly. The rooms are adequate, and clean, in fact the hotel is very clean, a little dated but ok. The food is...

The themed rooms were decorated to a high standard with bunk beds for the children, the pool and dining area are very inviting and well maintained. The location of the hotel is not great, very hilly to walk back to the hotel, takes about 30 minutes to reach any kind of town or beach. The food choice was varied and...

Very nice and clean hotel. Fantastic food! Staff helpful! Pool area with jacuzzi :) and lovely garden around! 20 min walk to the beach and shop centre. By car maybe 5 min. My best holiday. I definitely recommend that hotel!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Great selection of all inclusive drinks, However the food is more catered towards the European traveller. Not a lot of British food on offer which for myself and my Son was fine but for the picky eater like my Niece there was a very limited menu. Entertainment was all in Spanish or German. We were...

We'd read a couple of bad reviews but these days tend to ignore them when all people do is moan. We weren't expecting the Ritz! It's a little dated (but similar in decor to other Tenerife hotels we've seen) but it's very clean, spacious and for half term week you could always find a sun bed. Hidden at the back...

We have just returned and have had a fantastic time. I agree with all the points left in the previous review. There was a great selection of food and drinks on the All Inclusive option (the mojitos were lush!)- Just watch the size of the measures for the spirits, they are huge! At all meal times there was something for...

We are sitting in the airport having enjoyed ten fantastic days at this hotel. We thought the all inclusive package was excellent value for money, plenty of choice of drinks, soft drinks, slush drinks and ice creams. The food in the restaurant is fresh and plentiful, the salads and fresh bread were delicious. The only people we heard complaining about...
