Well to start off the trip we arrived at 10:30pm, understandably we missed dinner (we had prepared for this) yet the family who came to the hotel with us had not and did not eat that night. After a long travel day we went to the bar for some drinks . All inclusive have visibly cheaper alcohol and not a single cocktail option. So it was either straight vodka or your left to pay €6 per cocktail (which were also vile). The second day 2 school trips arrived. This is was the beginning of our nightmare. They were up all night shouting and messing about and even threw bottles onto our terrace as we were on the bottom floor and there was no attempt from staff to control this mayhem! In the pool they were diving and splashing which don’t get me wrong i’m all for people having fun but when they are purposely jumping in to try and splash you it’s not very nice! An attempt was made by the lifeguard to control it yet it was ignored and no further attempts were made. Screaming all day made this holiday hell!! Food is mediocre and gets repetitive after a while but it’s not bad quality so can’t complain. Yet one plus of this hotel is the entertainment very lovely and funny bunch of people. I would not recommend this hotel🤷‍♀️

Me and my friend went there for her birthday with her 11 month old daughter. The food was decent, but we had a few problems with the room. One of the lights near the sides of the bed did not work, tv kept messing up and twice my friend got electrocuted by the Switch of the hairdryer. First time it made a big sound, flames and sparks appeared. This made both of us jump and scream even the baby. We told the staff and they said someone would come. No one came. We did end up leaving the room as it had been an hour of waiting, so we thought maybe someone would come when we weren’t there. They did not. The next day it happened again, but this time she had her daughter with her. She jumped and screamed and all the lights went off and the tv. We had not Electric for over 2 hours. We waited for someone to come and in the in the end we called up. They said that they came already the day before. But makes us think if we didn’t call up, were they not going to come? The fact that her daughter could have been hurt by this is not acceptable!!! The second incident did leave black burn marks on my friends finger. We were only there for 3 days!

We stayed at this hotel for a Hen Party, however, its not a party hotel and it was technically lights out at 11pm, with this being said we still had the best stay. We would stay at the hotel till 10/11pm then venture out into the local town for drinks etc..... The hotel itself is very traditional and very clean, to be honest I loved it! If modern and all white are your thing this hotel is not for you, however if you like a traditional feel with loveley views, fab staff and very clean rooms then you will like this hotel. There was a little chicken and Cockerell walking around the pool area, they weren't bothering us and we actually liked to feed them. We also saw goats opposite the hotel for a little hour during the first day but again they didn't bother us and we found it a novelty if anything. We were happy with the food and drink choices, and we always found something we liked. There was also sandwiches in a fridge by the pool bar made fresh daily. You can also buy other alcohol if you choose too, we bought a jug of sangria for €10 etc...... I will defo be going back at some point but with my family next time. I loved this hotel and the friendly atmosphere was amazing. The staff can't do enough for you and nothing was too much trouble. FAB HOTEL XXXXXX

The steps were cleaned all the time with no signs out! Grip tape on the edge faded, wife broke leg on last night and had to stay 4 more days. Had to pay for the privilege! No wheel chair on site had to use office chair to get to first floor room! Heath and safety a joke. Wife still not right with having metalwork in then removed due to infection! Nothing in response from the hotel!

We have had a lovely holiday here. It is not a ‘swanky’ hotel but was clean and comfortable. The food was a bit ‘hit or Miss’ but each of us always found food that we liked and the salad bar was very good. The entertainment staff were very good and our kids loved the kids club. The pool was also great for kids. The room decor was a bit dated but clean and had two separate bedrooms which was ideal for a family of 4. The only slightly annoying thing about the hotel was that they had a daily bus load of school groups arriving who tended to be teenagers who could be a bit ‘much’. I’m not sure whether that was more an issue at this time of year (school Easter holidays). It didn’t spoil our holiday and we would come back.

Very disappointed. Don't waste your money on all inclusive. Drinks 1 choice of cocktail unless you pay. Premium brands also extra. Hot drinks served in restaurant breakfast only. Coffee additional cost after breakfast even if all inclusive, Food not great, often cold. I guess that's why microwaves are scattered around the restaurant. Reception and bar staff were miserable Housekeeping staff were very pleasant. Public seating areas, the chairs need replacing or a deep clean as they are filthy. We asked for double bed but were told only twin available, push them together! Asked for clean mattress at reception ours was covered in stains to be told by reception staff not possible. Did offer us a different room which I declined as the room wasn't the issue. Mattress was replaced following day after speaking to the manager. You are woken by cockerels roaming the hotel grounds from as early as 3am so take ear plugs. 4 star Hotel really I'd give it 2 and that's being generous!! The town is lovely. Approx 6 euro for taxi from hotel. Free shuttle bus Mon to Fri this gets very busy. Would I recommend this hotel. Unfortunately not.

Honestly this hotel was nothing like how awful the reviews describe it. We stayed for 3 nights and went all inclusive. The rooms are outdated but when you only really sleep in them what’s there to complain about? They were also clean. The food was fine, there was something different every day although not overly that much choice. There is definitely something for everyone. Some of the food was extremely tasty too. We didn’t interact that much with staff but those we did were extremely polite and helpful. The pool and poolside areas were clean and the cockerel didn’t cause too much bother at all. We did have a room facing the back. There was still cockerels at the back but personally we didn’t hear them. We didn’t walk down into the town but got a taxi for between €6-7. The town is absolutely gorgeous. We would stay at this hotel again.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at this hotel. It was spotlessly clean everywhere. The food was fresh and delicious with plenty of choice. I loved the salad bar! The pool was lovely too, as were the beautiful musical garden and cactus garden. Our bedroom had a great view of Mount Teide. We could also see the sea! Thank you Blue Sea Costa Jardin and Spa!

Arrived around 9.00pm tired of travelling, emptied case and hung up clothes in a well dated room on floor 3 which would normally be acceptable however horrified to find stains and chewing gum on bed clothes and one of the pillows smelled foul so complained and moved rooms to floor 5 which initially seemed fine but following morning the room smelled of kitchen fumes even with the doors closed and a strong smell of flue gas from the large flue just outside near the balcony with some soot being blown on to the balcony, air con not working and asked for it to be fixed however they could not be bothered to fix. I am sure there are some nice clean rooms in this hotel judging from some reviews but definitely not the ones we experienced so left after 3 nights. Good points- Nice pool area, hard working pleasant maid, breakfast acceptable (on B & B). Tip- Avoid rooms on floor 5 pool side kitchen end.
