Room was dirty, poor cleaning. Some days we had just one towel and no bathroom carpet. We found cockroaches in the shower. Balcony was noisy due to heavy work in the street just 10 mtrs below, we did not stay indoors during working hours, 6 days of 14 gone, absolutely nervewrecking. Finally, after contacting both reception and travelagent several times we were accomodated to a less noisy room. We ordered a marguerita drink in the bar and were served the strangest drink, taste of perfume and cherryberry, no salt on the brim but lots of sugar at the bottom. Poolarea was small and therefore crowded, we did not use it. However the reception was friendly.

Very happy with our stay in a studio, so well equipped you could live here, full cooker, microwave, toaster etc best equipment of anywhere we have stayed before. We were on 5th floor the balcony had table, chairs and 2 sunbeds only downside faced busy road but it wasn't an issue for us. We had a comfy bed, pillows not very good, a walk in shower, safe was 2 euros per day, good wifi, the bar served snacks, beer 3 euros a pint, nice wine 2 euros, 5 litres of water from the bar 2.5 euros, don't buy from the little shop attached its a rip-off there. Not keen on the cocktails but bar staff friendly and the cleaning ladies lovely. Entertainment might not be to everyones taste the guy playing a piano was excellent. Only downside to the apartments they are in an elevated position so quite a walk up and down a hill or lots of steps to the main bars and shops.

Once again, we returned to Casablanca. I was travelling with my 2 daughters and we stayed in 1 bedroom apartment, which was perfect for us. As a bonus, we had a beautiful view over the city to the sea. Room and hotel as a whole was very clean and well kept. Bathroom was refurbished after our last visit and it was very nice. Room floor is quite cold, so take the slippers with you. Hotel bar / restaurant staff was absolutely great and my girls just loved them. Therefore we visited there almost every evening and had some drinks & evening snacks. There was also some music entertainment. Thank you all for the great stay it was real pleasure to spend our 2 weeks holiday in Casablanca. We will return again!

We were very excited to visit here because of the reviews. How wrong we were. We wrote a few weeks in advance asking very nicely if we could have a balcony that had some sun due to me recuperating from some serious health issues. We hoped to be able to spend some time on the balcony and rest. On arrival we were given an apartment with no sun, we asked to move and were given a map of the complex with an arrow pointing at the balcony indicating morning sun. The following morning it was total shade. They did not care. We asked again to be told long lets have priority, this is not true. There were many people coming in over our holiday going straight into sunny rooms. We spoke to a number of them. We offered to move at anytime throughout the holiday to be helpful. We elicited help from the Jet2 rep who did try and they promised to look again after 1 week, did they, of course not. This was standard promises they make to everyone but have no intention of even trying. We have never met such cold uncaring reception staff and they just totally ignored the Jet2 rep and our requests. We tried to have lunch on the balcony and just shivered. We were literally forced to go out when they knew I was recuperating and asked for some kindness. We also wrote in advance, before we booked, to ask the temperature of the pool as it is advertised as heated. They emailed me back saying 25c but it might be lower due to the weather. Well if the weather is cooler, you put up the temperature to compensate, well, you do if you care about your customers. The pool was 20c as indicated by test reports on the wall. They told the Jet2 rep that they would never confirm 25c, quickly backtracking when I showed the email. Again, very economical with any truth. It never warmed up and the pool was longingly looked at by 95% of the clients. Never saw more that 5 people out of hundreds, using the pool. It was freezing and they just didn't care. I genuinely believe that they have become so complacent with the excellent reviews, that they just don't have to bother about human beings anymore, just take the money. Find a kinder more caring place to stay.

To be fair we were not expecting much due to the price we paid, but how we were wrong. That apartment was brilliant, it had all we could ask for. Plenty of room, beds were very comfy and well equipped kitchen area. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool as the weather was not great. The bar area was the only let down and why we didn't give 5 stars, bar staff were in need of lessons in customer service and we were overcharged for our drinks and meal, it was rectified when we pointed this out, but it was enough to stop us from using this facility for the rest of the holiday. The area itself catered more for German tourists than British, but don't let this put you off as the whole area is lovely, with some excellent restaurants and cafes close by, but beware of the steps, as the hotel is on a big hill and some distance from the sea front, getting back is a bit of a hike. We would recommend this hotel to friends who were going to the area of Puerto de la Cruz

Stayed for 3 weeks in Sept 22. Check in is easy our apt had a few issues contacted reception and within 10 minutes a guy was at the door and stayed until he had fixed the problem. That is one of the reasons we stay here they are very good at looking after you. Apt very clean and better than most you will go to. Reception staff speak good English and are always helpful. They have a restaurant which is great value a bar with happy hour 3 times per week. Very comfortable seating areas, entertainment is fine and finishes at 23.00. English library upstairs in block A, English TV in the rooms,24 hr reception, swimming pool plenty of sunbeds. You can buy 5ltrs water for your room at the bar. About a 4 euro taxi ride to and from the centre. We enjoy it so much we have now made it our yearly holiday destination and have booked again for June 23.

This is the fourth time back, the first after lock down Staff are great and always very helpful. There looks to have been real cutbacks in toiletries especially soap and the washing up supplies The clientele appears to be changing not so many bowlers Also again the pool is freezing. On the hotel literature it says heated! When yo enquire informed it is 23*! But appears to be slightly less The pool is so underused and a pleasant lifeguard is in duty A few of the old regulars cannot understand why the pool is so cold they insist it used to be a lot warmer. Why not try hearing in up a little more so customers can make the most of facilities It is so cold when you get in it takes your breath away. The smaller pool is an ideal temperature Much as I like it here if I can find a hotel with warmer pool I shall not hesitate to book elsewhere but that perhaps is want management want if not used no need for facility and lifeguard. The lido on the seafront unseated is 18*

Dear JCWH7, thank you for your rating. It is obvious that you are not happy with the temperature of our pool.We are in the coldest months of the year and the maintenance technicians check every day the temperature and quality of the water in the pool. After a cold night, it is possible that early in the morning the water could be not so warm, but after an hour it becomes more oleasnt again. Please understand that this is an outdoor pool. We look forward to seeing you again in Casablanca. Best regards, Marta Sánchez Departamento de calidad.

We had the pleasure of staying here for 5 nights in Jan.A family of 4, two adults and two teenagers. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. Very spacious with everything you need. However balcony was tiny. Too small to enjoy sitting out in, but we were just unlucky as some apartments appear to have very big balconies. Lots of sun loungers available any time of day. But pool was freezing. Hubby and teenagers did manage to get in though. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Food and drink good and very reasonable. I would recommend these appartments.
