This is our 4th visit to this hotel. Obviously we like it. We chose a seaview room with a balcony overlooking the Lido. At this time of year it can be quite windy on the balcony and in future, during winter we would probably opt for a balcony overlooking the pool. Our room was 714 and it looked as though it had been recently updated. The room was very clean in every respect and the maid service was excellent. We only have one criticism of the room and that concerns the lack of safety rails in the shower and bath. We provided our own tea/coffee making facilities. There was a free fridge and safe in the room but Im not sure they are free in every room From a vast array of choices at breakfast we were never disappointed. We basically had fresh omelet every day with a few trimmings followed by a bowl of fresh fruit. At dinner, likewise, we were never disappointed. We always found something that we enjoyed. There is very limited evening entertainment which did not bother us. The Tui staff have been cut to the bone, as to be virtually non existant. No hotel rep, no book about the hotel/excursions, no notices about pickup times. Nothing. There is an app which is hopeless. Three days after arriving we found details of which number bus to take us to the hotel!! We face the prospect of completing the passenger location form and finding departure details without Tui. We may very well miss the flight home. Lol

Nice and helpfull stuff. Location was perfect, but the best was food. We had a breakfast and night dinner. On the buffet was everything seafood, local food but also pasta and pizza. We recommend to everyone.

It’s a nice hotel quiet as well very friendly staff swimming pool nice size pool bar area as well only bad point is food we’re fish and meet are side by side for someone like me who has allergic to fish you have tongs used for meat and fish so was very limited to what I could eat.you will see others keep putting bread rolls in the toaster when they get stuck they walk away and let it catch light and smoke out the food area Hotel is very nice not very good if you are young with young family members as there is nothing todo more catered for the older persons. There is no beach near hotel you have to get bus to next town for beach. Very limited shops around hotel have a supermarket up the road Apart from above the hotel is a nice hotel

Our visit was organized through a travel agency. It is important to specify, I personally would choose another hotel. Positive: -Great location. -Quick check-in and check-out. - Compliance with all requirements regarding COVID-19. Delicious food and wine. Here, of course, there may be differences in what different people like both as food and as a quality of wine. For us, everything was delicious and the wine good (especially the red). _The hotel has a beautiful lane in front, which we used to rest with a glass of drink and smoke, which is not possible in restaurants, even outdoors. -Great terrace with excellent ocean views and Lago Martianez views, for which we paid extra, Which I do not regret. -Comfortable beds. Negatives: -It does not clean well. -Spent things from the bathroom are not recharged. -I would be happy to say and receive a greeting when entering or leaving the hotel. Positive things are more than negative things. But on my next visit I will think about where to stay.

We had to come to Puerto to sort out our residents cards so thought why not stay a couple of nights, this is the eighth hotel we have stayed in in Puerto and its the best yet. Obviously at the moment everywhere is very quiet, we had the pool to ourselves!, but I have to say how great the staff were.. Cleanliness is paramount and everything was squeaky clean. The room was very big and had a great sea view. FREE SAFE! Finally for once we didn't have to pay for a safe which I think is a rip off in other places.. Great pool area and fantastic grass area and flowers. I won't hesitate to stay here again, highly recommended
