The room was clean, and all the facilities worked. The view was not great; I got a room on the inside of a small quadrangle, but as I was off hiking most of the time, that was not important. The breakfast was good if you liked continental style. Full English was available, but the bacon, eggs and beans were not...

Dear Guest, We appreciate your opinions about our establishment that are always positive to be able to improve. It is a hotel that in the old town does not have exceptional views only in some rooms given the number of buildings that are around. This is offset by its unique location on the main street of Puerto de la Cruz...

Hi, we booked two rooms, first for me and my brother, twin room and another one double room for my parents. First of all our keys didn't work, but okay, everything can be. The main problem was, that this hotel located in the city centre, but in my room window closing mechanism was broken but at least there were bars...

Dear Guests, We felt very sorry that the rooms did not live up to their expectations. The rooms are being renovated little by little due the hotel is full and sometimes we can not finish the works planned in them. In the future we will have the whole hotel completely renovated. Towels are changed every day but we ask your...

Although we were given a big size room, it had an unpleasant smell especially in the bathroom. No heaters, so it was cold. Hot water didn't work and when i informed they just ignored me. And the worst it was so noisy (our room was heading towards the restaurant). We travelled with 1 year toddler, it was impossible to go...

Dear customers, We are sorry we did not live up to your expectations. The large rooms are the ones that we usually give to the families so that they are more at ease. The hotel is located in a pedestrian zone and we suppose that the noise that disturbed you came from the people who were in the street due...

Very nice and quiet hotel with amazing atmosphere, super location in center of Old town of Puerto de la Cruz. Rooms are small, but pleasant and clean, with small balcony with view on square and church. Kind all hotel crew, breakfast and dinner OK. Pool on the roof is great!

The location is excellent. Just right by the main streets. Close to the swimming pool complex. The front was not as nice when we were...

Dear Customer, We appreciate your opinions about our establishment that are always positive to be able to improve. The Marquesa Hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Puerto de la Cruz and dates back to the beginning of the 19th century. The buildings next door have been added and are being renovated. We are also improving our buffet breakfast and...

My wife & I stayed half board here for a week late January 2017. Reviewers say they prefer Germans to English. This might well be so. We were given a tiny room (more like a cell) with only 1 armchair & no table. A makeshift metal bed base was bigger that the mattress so our legs touched the frame getting...

This hotel provides a good value for your money, Rooms are clean and meet all expectations, the staff is helpful and the location is excellent in the old town of Puerto de la Cruz. I really liked the atmosphrere of the older part of the hotel which is a typical Canarian townhouse. My only comment on the minus side concerns...

Stopped for a beer here on the terrace as it is in a lovely location opposite a little park and a church. We decided to eat lunch here which was really good, the mussels in a seafood broth being the best I have ever had. Great hand cut chips and alioli. The place looks splendid inside. The staff were friendly and...
