The room was ok, with a nice terrace and a fantastic view over Puerto de la Cruz and you can see the Teide just looking up. The breakfast and the dinner is served in a buffet, both served by competent and frindly staff. You have show cooking in both services, so you can ask your special tortilla or your fried... More

Still one of the top hotels in Puerto - there seems to be a new regime whereby large numbers of rooms are now allocated for several holiday companies. Can limit the choice of the independent traveler.

The first thing I have to say about this hotel is you must request an upstairs room - DO NOT GET A DOWNSTAIRS ROOM!! I say this because the upstairs rooms are what you see in the brochure, online and on the photos here - you do not see the room you are actually getting, downstairs where it has not... More

Our room was beautiful, the staff are truly lovely, but the food is SUCH a let down. It is always cold, personally I do not think is meets health and safety to serve food that is not warm. I believe the issue is mainly with their hot plates just not doing anything. There is also a very small range of... More

The spacious Restaurant now on the lower ground floor with the old ground floor becoming a lounge, bar and entertainment area, a welcome improvement. We booked this hotel as we liked the look of the rooms as pictured above. Do not be fooled - this is not what we got.
