The "Good" Location adjacent to a park with very little traffic noise, The "Great" The Staff and Management are top notch any issues are corrected when raised immediately...

Dissapointed, booked this after reading all the reviews of the rooms. Truth is they aren’t good, if youre looking for a half decent room you’ll struggle.air conditioning didnt work in our first room so complained and moved... Finish in rooms isnt poor it’s terrible.. have 2 single bed’s pushed together yet are a married couple, food 🥘 luke warm, hardly any desserts, have to ask for its to be replenished… floor tiles need fixing... Not clean and immaculate but old worn and really bad finish…...

Loved this hotel for a whole variety of reasons... The rooms are spacious and those with balconies have lovely outlooks... Our room was a little dark as on the ground floor and situated right at the end, so I suspect the light issue is less of an issue elsewhere...

First off the hotel is not a beach hotel and neither is is suitable for families with young children... The pool seemed to open at 10 (although you could access the pool before then) and we never had to rush for sunbeds... There was a free shuttle bus to the town which didn’t run Saturday afternoons or Sundays...

They even had a little station for gluten free bread, and plenty of options for vegetarians... We arrived quite late in the night and the hotel had kept us some salad (I’ve put a picture in) which was lovely after a long day of travel!... The swimming pool area was nice and clean and there was plenty of sun beds which meant you didn’t have to wake up early to put your towel out - there was some available at any time during the day!!... My personal favourite part of the hotel was the day trips that they organised... There was two a week in which a member of the staff takes you on a public bus to a nearby town to show you around... The bus was only about €8 return and it was a lovely way to get out of the hotel and see the sights of Tenerife!... and overall the staff from the hotel was amazing and really cared about the guests... I will 100% be staying again and I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!...

Having recently returned from this hotel, I only have positive things to say. All hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional at all times... It is clear that the service at this hotel is like a well-oiled machine, particularly at breakfast, lunch and dinner times... We particularly appreciated the positivity of Jessica at the poolside bar and the poolside entertainment lady who was so happy and outgoing, it really created a lovely atmosphere... In addition to this, even the lifeguard around the pool was quick to make sure that a calm, relaxing atmosphere was maintained at all times... The finely dressed gentleman greeting us at meal times was similarly friendly and professional... It made all the difference.We had a spa treatment too which unsurprisingly was similarly fantastic and professional... In short, all staff were great at all times and the finer details did not go unnoticed... To give an example, before each mealtime closed, a member of staff would go around to all remaining tables asking if they would like anymore food before they begin taking it away... This courtesy, along with others, was lovely... Regardless, we would 100% stay here again in a heartbeat...

My partner and I stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful stay. We bought our own bottles down one evening and got told we couldn't have them at the table...

We were given a fan and upgraded to all included package, which was a nice gesture but we could not use it much since we tried to stay out most of the day... ...Stayed here for a 5 day birthday trip Arrived on the first day it was night time the receptionist was extremely helpful and welcoming, she informed us that the restaurant was closed so cold food was left for us to consume, which was a nice touch as we had been travelling all day, it was salad and cold meats but as a “pescatarian” and because of cross contamination I couldn’t eat any of it so took to “Uber Eats” On the second day we woke up and went to the gym, the equipment was really outdated but still worked fine so won’t really complain, although having air conditioning, a sound system or small speaker and some more small apparatus bits would have been good, but overall ok. After the gym we went to go and have breakfast which was not really great but there was still something for most to eat, I’m pescatarian and lactose intolerant, so the cold meats, cheese and dairy was limited to salad and fruit which was a hit and miss, there was also not a lot of information about the the dietary on the food so I had to be careful but nothing major... We went upstairs to our room to get ready and the lady with the braids “who I didn’t manage to catch her name from breakfast or I think I did I but I don’t want to spell it wrong” ( forgive me) came up to sing happy birthday (but I was unfortunately in the shower) so missed the whole thing but came out of the shower to be met by a bottle of champagne “how sweet and considerate” no one has done anything like that for me before so it was an amazing touch...

...We went on an all inclusive break from Love Holiday and it was excellent value for money... The drink with the all inclusive was again excellent with Amstel lager and virtually all cocktails and branded drinks included and no wait time...

...Reception was helpful with questions and the free bus to the town center was a nice touch. Hotel is attached to a lovely park,but it's a long walk down lots of steps if you want to go to town(seriously,elderly or disabled people should avoid) We booked B+B and the breakfast was basically the same every day,but there's a huge choice from cooked food to fruit,cereals bread and even cakes and wine,oddly... It's all very good and the cooks/waiters are friendly and always refilling your coffee if you want...

This was a really nice start to our stay and a nice touch.The check in was efficient and quick... We were given a room, 218, on the second floor... The room was ok, nice shower and was kept really clean by the cleaners... The staff in the hotel were probably the happiest staff i have ever come across, all had time for a chat and a smile and really are a credit to the hotel and work extremely hard to make your stay...

Stayed here for a week, staff are as friendly as they come and very helpful... All Inclusive drinks were perfect - beers, wines, spirits and cocktails throughout the day... Also very close to Puerto de la Cruz, a 5 euro cab and reception will gladly call one for you...

We stayed here at the end of November and it was absolutely what we needed... Secondly the staff in the restaurant are lovely, but if you arrive on a busy Friday (like we did) it’ll be quite hectic if your Spanish isn’t great as they speak limited English... The staff were all absolutely lovely and really helpful, so this isn’t any criticism bar mine for not having gotten my Spanish better we went... The reception staff were so helpful and helped organise a couple of trips for us... They also didn’t call me an idiot for leaving the room key next to a magnet when we were out by the pool...

...The staff seem to move between the bar, the restaurant and the pool bar depending on rotas but all the staff work hard and really are a credit to the hotel... She was great and made us a lovely toasted sandwich when we first arrived... We soon realised that Jessica was not unique and started trying to learn some of the names of the lovely people working there and making our holiday so enjoyable... Staff also all seem to be happy to assist behind the bar but Manu runs it with knowledge and a smile and Eugeno assists and can be seen smiling at all he meets... The airport transfer was long so we were packed off with a small picnic!... For a €10 deposit you can borrow a towel for use at the pool and they will even change the towel and clean yours for €1... I am not fit but managed to walk to town and back up over 200 steps but the hotels does run a complimentary mini bus with set times... The one thing we missed was the ability to make a hot drink in our room but with them available with the all inclusive package so readily, it was not fatal to our enjoyment... There was a scary gentleman often present at the dining room door in a green tie who smiled and bathed us in hand sanitiser when we weren't looking but i didn't catch his name!!!!... Thanks to all who made our stay special...

The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible... They all work well together as a team and all seem to enjoy their work as they are all so happy... We stayed here in September 2022 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone!... The hotel is spotless, the staff are amazing and we would come back here in a heartbeat!... We enjoyed all the meals at the hotel, there is a great selection and the food is very fresh as it is constantly being replenished or made in front of you... It is about 15 minutes walk to the main town but there is also a free shuttle that runs from the hotel to take you there which is very helpful as the walk back is very steep!... ...Stayed here for a 5 day birthday trip Arrived on the first day it was night time the receptionist was extremely helpful and welcoming, she informed us that the restaurant was closed so cold food was left for us to consume, which was a nice touch as we had been travelling all day, it was salad and cold meats but as a “pescatarian” and because of cross contamination I couldn’t eat any of it so took to “Uber Eats” On the second day we woke up and went to the gym, the equipment was really outdated but still worked fine so won’t really complain, although having air conditioning, a sound system or small speaker and some more small apparatus bits would have been good, but overall ok. After the gym we went to go and have breakfast which was not really great but there was still something for most to eat, I’m pescatarian and lactose intolerant, so the cold meats, cheese and dairy was limited to salad and fruit which was a hit and miss, there was also not a lot of information about the the dietary on the food so I had to be careful but nothing major... And I had the most amazing birthday holiday, what more could a girl ask for...

Set on the top of a hill our room had views of the sea and the mountains. The beds were comfortable and the room clean... The staff were warm and friendly and the food was plentiful and delicious...

...Reception was helpful with questions and the free bus to the town center was a nice touch. Hotel is attached to a lovely park,but it's a long walk down lots of steps if you want to go to town(seriously,elderly or disabled people should avoid) We booked B+B and the breakfast was basically the same every day,but there's a huge choice from cooked food to fruit,cereals bread and even cakes and wine,oddly... It's all very good and the cooks/waiters are friendly and always refilling your coffee if you want...

We have stayed at the Taoro Gardens twice now and both visits have been memorable... The gardens are lovely and surround the pool and have a very restful effect... It is a quiet hotel and not a place for whooping it up but nevertheless supplies pleasant entertainment including traditional Teneriffean music a couple of nights a week... The staff are all very pleasant, cheery and helpful... Spare thinner blanket/duvets could be provided...

...A lovely hotel We have just returned from 10 days and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing time although this is very much for the more mature guest The food is excellent along with the service in the restaurant. Lots of different options and always well cooked... The evening entertainment is very pleasant, nothing too loud The pool is nice but was very cold, the staff at the bar very good... The gardens are immaculate and there was never any issue getting a sun bed The rooms are adequate and clean, comfortable beds...

Stayed here for a week, staff are as friendly as they come and very helpful... Room was immaculate and overall cleanliness was very high standard... All Inclusive drinks were perfect - beers, wines, spirits and cocktails throughout the day... Also very close to Puerto de la Cruz, a 5 euro cab and reception will gladly call one for you...

...The double bed we had was two (very comfortable) singles pushed together... We went for one of the Teide view rooms, which were stunning... The view from the balcony was truely breathtaking and we finished every evening sitting on the balcony with a quiet drink picked up from the local shop... It’s a great location and nice and quiet next to a lovely little park... The reception staff were so helpful and helped organise a couple of trips for us... They also didn’t call me an idiot for leaving the room key next to a magnet when we were out by the pool... In summary it’s a great place, really friendly with lovely rooms and great food...

...The food and drink costs mean that all inclusive really is the way to go. The hotel is spotlessly clean as are the rooms... The staff seem to move between the bar, the restaurant and the pool bar depending on rotas but all the staff work hard and really are a credit to the hotel... Jessica did a spell in the pool bar when we arrived and again later... She was great and made us a lovely toasted sandwich when we first arrived... The airport transfer was long so we were packed off with a small picnic!... For a €10 deposit you can borrow a towel for use at the pool and they will even change the towel and clean yours for €1... The one thing we missed was the ability to make a hot drink in our room but with them available with the all inclusive package so readily, it was not fatal to our enjoyment... There is entertainment each night but a bit hit and miss... Lastly we must mention Daniel at the pool... Thanks to all who made our stay special...

...The staff were friendly and understood good English for those worried about language. Food was buffet style with plenty of options evening meals were well varied and excellent quality... Room was clean and spacious just be aware when it says mini bar they mean mini fridge was sadly is empty so bring some bottles of water although I found the tap water to be fine... Beds were comfortable and the balcony was reasonably sized... Bathroom was large and comfortable but ask receptionist for a non slip bath mat if you’re using the bath as a shower since it was quite slippery... Taoro if you are reading this can I recommend one in each bath room as standard... We paid extra for a sea view and got an excellent view of the sea and the mountains over the side of the hotel very good... The grounds are nice with a good sized pool area and it also backs on to a large park...

This was our second stay in Taoro garden Hotel this year and it was just amazing... Room was clean and huge enough with the most beautiful pool and Teide view... There was always a great choice of meals either for breakfast or dinner... It takes around 10 minutes walk to the city center and around 20 minutes walk to the Playa del Castillo beach... Taoro garden Hotel became our favorite and we definitely will be back soon!...

...When we checked in we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who was extremely helpful. The hotel itself is kept extremely clean and tidy as are the pool area and gardens... The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible... We loved our stay in this hotel and I really didn't want to leave after our week was up needless to say we will be back for another visit...

...This was our second stay at Taoro Garden and if anything it surpassed our memories of the first stay. The room was spacious with a good sized shower room and balcony with a great view of Mount Teide... the hotel and grounds were well maintained and being in the north of the island were very green... There was always sunbeds available and as its an 'adults recommended' hotel no too many children... The menu was varied over the 10 days and there was always fish and meat available each meal time, with a good choice of salads and other foods... Wide choice at breakfast from cereal and toast to a large breakfast, fresh pancakes or omelettes toasted ham and cheese sandwiches or porridge... We went all inclusive as it makes the holiday easier... the free drinks included many branded drinks you would recognise as well as fresh cocktails... tea and coffee was also available...

We stayed here in September 2022 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone!... The hotel is spotless, the staff are amazing and we would come back here in a heartbeat!... The pool is lovely, there was never any trouble getting a sunbed and the pool bar is great for snacks and drinks if you are all inclusive... We enjoyed all the meals at the hotel, there is a great selection and the food is very fresh as it is constantly being replenished or made in front of you... It is about 15 minutes walk to the main town but there is also a free shuttle that runs from the hotel to take you there which is very helpful as the walk back is very steep!... The hotel also provided us a picnic for our journey home which we thought was a lovely gesture!... The staff are very helpful and always friendly...

...The hotel is very modern and clean, all staff were friendly and extremely hard working. We were all inclusive - the food was varied and tasty with branded alcohol in the many cocktail/drink choices... The pool area is very relaxing with plenty of sunbeds to go around and activities a couple of times a week... The town is a 10 minute walk down the hill with several bars and restaurants... Would definitely stay at this hotel if holidaying in the area again in the future...

This was our second visit to TRH Hotel Taoro Garden and again, what a wonderful holiday. All staff - hotel management, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff, maintenance, grounds staff and poolside staff work incredibly hard and made us feel we were well looked after... Rooms were kept beautifully clean, meals were varied and tasty... We enjoyed relaxing by the pool in spite of the works going on in the building next-door... Beautifully kept with a wide variety of plants and trees...
