This hotel is located right in the city centre, just 2 minutes’ walk from the main square of Plaza del Charco and in the shade of Mount Teide. From your own balcony you can enjoy panoramic views of Mount Teide – Spain’s highest peak. You can also catch the guided bus tour which climbs through this impressive mountainous landscape from the nearby bus station.
Not luxurious. Not big. Very adequate for the budget traveller who needs to be near the centre of the action. Helpful staff. No food here but many local bars for breakfast or a meal any time of day. Walking distance from bus station, markets and museums. Would stay again.

Very close to the town centre in a strategic position! The room was big and clean. Yes, not the most modern hotel but a great value for money!! Also the young receptionist has been extremely friendly and kind with us, answering our questions and suggesting us nice places for dinner! Internet was not working properly (we were on the third floor) so if you need internet maybe ask to be put in a closer room to the ground floor ;)

We spent a week in Tejuma and could not fault it. Most definitely the best 2 star hotel I have stayed in. The highlight of our stay was the hotel receptionist Marcos who was welcoming and friendly. His English is very good and he’d always greet us with a smile and ask about our day. When we arrived the hotel owner was waiting for us despite the fact our flight was late. He showed us to our room and gave us a key for the hotel entrance. This was locked at all times which felt very secure. Location is perfect! It is 2-3 minutes from the local bus station and only 5 minutes to the main square with all of the restaurants. The beach is about a 10 minute walk in one direction and the local pools a 10 minute walk in the other direction. Yes there are steps on the way up to the hotel but it’s Tenerife and there is a hill to most places. There is a ramp for when you have your cases but stairs were quicker. The room itself is big with a tv, (Spanish) two single beds and a dressing table. The bathroom was also big with a bath/shower, toilet and sink. There is plenty of space for clothes in two big wardrobes. Two of the rooms have balcony’s with sun loungers and chairs and tables. 4 of them have just chairs and tables. We just had a window so I think we’d pay extra to have a balcony if we were to come again. The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard each day except Wednesday and Sunday. It is the perfect base to explore the island or chill on the beach each day. You’re out of the noise of the main strip but in close walking distance. We would highly recommend! …

We had spent at Hotel Tejuma 5 nights. It is located in the city centre, around 10 minutes from the Bus Station, so the location was perfect for us. It may be difficult for some people to get there, especially if they have a heavy luggage or they are disabled. The way goes uphill - but it's Tenerife you have to get used to it. The conditions was quite good. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The furniture was beautiful - old wooden. I think the hotel is quite old but I really like this style. Anyway, everything there works well. There is a lift inside. The wi-fi doesen't work at the room but it works in the lobby. The staff was wonderful, very nice, kind and very helpful. In the nearby area you will find a supermarket, bus station, cafe and bistro. The location is perfect. I truly recommend this hotel. Next time for sure we will choose it again!…

Me and my Love travelled to Tenerife to enjoy sunhine and sea from cold winter. We are a young couple and chosen Hotel Tejuma, because we searched a place with bed and shower,(we travelled all around the Island and it was good place to turn back to our basic, this why we didn't chosen a 4* or 5* hotel). Let to telling you few things about experience; positives: -the rooms are clean(daily housekeeping)and comfortable; -the staff(espacially Marco from reception) extremely friendly and helpful; -the hotel have a special old/new/mediterranian atmosphere, which i can't explain but if u step in, u will understand... -the Hotel are silent and the beds are extremely comfortable, -the location is very good, everything is nearby, the city centre, the restaurants, the bars, Loro Park 10, min by walk. Seaside and plage are so close; -the hotel is cheap, especially if u wouldlike to save money for other holiday expenditure; -this hotel good for guests like we was, we came back at afternoon to take shower and some rest, after we continued our journey for evening.. at the morning or noon we taked our towels and goes to beach or excurtions. So we reccommand this place absolutely for couples with no extra needs and expectations! The hotel absolultely right for a two star hotel standards maybe beyond expectations. We had a really nice stay at Tenerife, this beautiful island wondered us and we would like to turn back as soon as it possible, including Hotel Tejuma. We also have to telling few words about some deficiency of the hotel( but only with well-meanings): -WiFi a little bit weak, even router on the floor but it doesn't works well; -the pressure at shower is low; Finally,we would like to say a great thanks for all of staff members to taking care of us during our stay and it will be an unforgettable Holiday for a while! "Muchas Gracias por el personal! "…

This Hotel what can I say or where to begin Steff was only one who spoke a little English very helpful, more of an Hostel than Hotel never anyone on Reception musty smell as you walked in front door, curtains before going into our room was a disgrace massive holes in them you could fit your head through and furnishings that came on the ark was told hotel was city centre wrong it was up in hills like mountaineering to get into centre, only good thing room was clean but not enough sockets and wires over night lights showing needs a lot of work to get it a hotel not a youth hostel wouldn't recommend cheap and tacky better a hostel instead of hotel.
