Fantastic hotel, right on the beach. Lovely rooftop pool with amazing views. Choice of restaurant/cafe bars. Staff were warm and helpful. Hotel lobby was beautiful. Had a smaller room, perfect for me, lovely. Large en suite with an enormous power shower! Hopefully get a similar room deal on my next visit and stay again. Thoroughly recommend.

Had a great 5 night stay here, the staff were all very helpful and smile at you often. The food in the restaurants here is excellent, and although i did eat outside of the hotel, i didn't find the food to be as good as i found in the hotel. The facilities are also very good, location is great. The...

It was fantastic, right on the beach. The faciluties are fantastic, the room was very good particularly the bathroom. The breakfast was very good but the "all you can eat" evening meal was verey disapointing. All in all I would reccomend this Hotel as one of the best i've stayed in.

Stayed for a week in January on a half board basis. Most of the hotel was fine. Reception staff are very efficient - nothing was a problem for them. Rooms are good - not outstanding, but good, no problems with wi fi etc. We had opted for a sea view room. As others have said, the sea view balconies have...

The Reina Isabel prouds itself as best hotel of Las Palmas. The location, roof top and gym are really great! However, our room had a great bath, but the rest was rather 80ies style. Empty mini bar is neither a good sign of hospitality, nor of good guests. We asked the front desk whether the roof top bar is still...

A very relaxing week in the winter sun. The Hotel was spotlessly clean with helpful staff particularly on reception. Thanks Gonzalo for your recommendations! The hotel was very central with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We were B & B. Room was a little old fashioned but clean. We had a view of carpark but no problem with noise....

The hotel's location is perfect: you can step out of the hotel and be right on the promenade and beach. It's also not far from the bus station and El Muelle shopping centre. I paid extra for a sea view room, and was given one on the first floor- at first I was disappointed that the low angle meant that...

Staying at the Reina Isabel was a wonderful experience and one I would gladly repeat. The service I received at the hotel was exceptional and the staff were consistently friendly and considerate. The hotel is well located in Gran Canaria and you walk directly onto the beach front. The wifi was great, and the breakfast was tasty and varied. The...

From the moment we arrived and were greeted with such friendliness and welcome we knew we had come to the right place. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The food was superb. We were on a half board deal and assumed we would eat away from the hotel on a few occasions but it was just so good. The...
