Location is relatively good as it is just a few minutes from the beach and we found a great Italian restaurant closeby. It is also close to the port which was good for us as we were on a cruise the next day. We had a two-bed suite which we found comfortable and clean. Everything like reception, breakfast, decor, price...

I have just returned from Hotel Cristina Las Palmas that's located in Las Catalina in Gran Canaria and all i can say is great hotel, friendly staff and absolutely fantastic location. If I would have gone by the reviews on his site and not booked it would have been my loss, I think some of the people who have made...

This hotel bills itself as being 5 star. In it's present state I would give it four stars. Room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping service was excellent. Ground floor bar staff were way too casual for my liking. Friendly but no sense of urgency in attending to customers. Reception staff very friendly on way in but dismissive when checking out....

Was sure I had ordered a luxurious stay for me and my company. We got one of their worst rooms, though we payed a lot, with no wiew, though we begged for it. No Wi-Fi. The hotel is under renovation, and it shows everywhere. They do not deserve their stars until they're finished! No luxurious feeling at all. All was...

Strayed at this hotel for the fifth time, every time hoping that the deficiencies had been taken care of. They were not, even if some repair works were undertaken on the lifts. This did however cause the lifts to cease operating at times, and when they were going, they often did not stop at the floors wanted. The internet was...

We got an upgrade to the junior suite (with city view) which was a really nice surprise. Althoug, the junior suite didn´t really match the requirements i would have for a suite in a hotel with this star rating. The room was spacious but slightly worned out. The service in the reception was good although they didn´t speak English really...

We only had one night to spend in Las Palmas and we are glad we chose this hotel . Besides its great location, right on the promenade and beach, they provide breakfast . We had an early flight so they packed us a box with food for breakfast ! They have a lobby bar, exercise room and outdoor pool. Would...

Good room, but the air conditioner doesn't really get the room cold. The bar at the swimming pool was not open when I went at 1 pm, and there was a waiter (wearing a hotel staff t-shirt) looking at me from the other side of the pool and didn't bother to Say anything. ONE BIG THING: THEY WERE RENOVATING 2...
