We had a very pleasant stay in a junior suite at Santa Catalina. Service is excellent and very attentive. Rooms are beautiful and very clean. Super Roof bar with roof pool. Wellness experience was very relaxing. We highly recommend this hotel

Hotel's Favorite
Ever since I first saw this hotel on websites, I wanted to come here and I was not disappointed at all. The decor was absolutely beautiful and the pictures on the wall of the history of the hotel were enchanting. Breakfast was of good quality (though pricey) and the drinks were all really good. The live music and soft music playing in reception areas just created a phenomenal chilled out vibe. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. The park surrounding the hotel is stunning! This is such a beautiful hotel we will come back time and time again. My only small gripe about this hotel is that there are no menus and everything was through an app (which refused to work on my phone) and so we never knew the price of what we were ordering. Sometimes we had a shock (to put it mildly) and so best to get the app sorted on your phone or just ask for prices of things before you order. Anyway that is a small gripe. Hotel is the best I have stopped at in a long time and I cannot wait to stop there again.

This was business trip but me and my new boss who I was traveling with for the first time also wanted to explore the city, walk on the beach and enjoy some good food. This was a good hotel for unwinding after a long overseas trip.

A great stay. The staff always makes you feel special and well cared for. A notch above other five star hotels I've been at. Spacious rooms with excellent facilities. The style of the hotel makes you feel like you stepped back in time, to an era when style and service was truly appreciated. Might come across as old fashioned to a younger clientele but the facilities, restaurants, and bars are nice and modern, while the rest of the hotel truly feels like stepping into a Bond movie. Just what I love. I hate the sterile and cold feeling of most hotels these days, so this was a pleasant change and Santa Catalina will be my go-to hotel in Las Palmas in the future. The staff was perhaps the biggest surprise: they truly treat you like royalty.

It's a historical hotel with top notch facilities, good service, also great food. Spent 4 nights in the Junior Deluxe suit with breakfast. Everything was very well managed and despite the fact I had many zoom calls it was easy to switch mood and relax as soon as they ended, thanks to great atmosphere of the garden, music, birds...
