Great location for walking La Gomera. 2 minutes drive from the port means a hassle free end/ start to your journey. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast plentiful and fresh. Pools not heated but super refreshing after a hike. There's also a hot tub outdoors. Stunning views being on the cliff. Beautiful building with plenty of outdoor seating in peaceful...

The Parador has a stunning location and has beautiful, comfortable accommodation. However the food is a disapointment. La Gomera is an island with such a fantastic variety of fruit and vegetables. The Parador clearly has very talented chefs - and yet the menu presents as predominantly old fashioned and meat based with limited vegetarian and vegan options. My suggestion is...

Hotel setting is nice, public places are great and clean, but our room was less so! I invite the hotel or house keeping manager to take a shower in room 205... definately NOT a great experience.. you can fix with little money ( deep cleaning with antikal and new shower head). The restaurant is ok, not great ... the chef...

After a 4 hour flight from Manchester down to Tenerife south then a Fred Olsen ferry from Los Christianos to San Sebastian I arrived on the Canary Island of La Gomera. Not Being as popular as the other Canary Islands was the main reason I chose this .I enjoy places with nice scenery ,warm sunshine (it averaged around 25 degrees...

We had an upper suite at the end of the building. Very quiet with a wonderful sea view from the big balcony. Large comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Wonderful peaceful grounds with tree and flowers. Wish we'd had longer there to sit around, relax and enjoy the place.

We stayed in the town below and walked up here on quite steep roads but a lovely quiet location - food and drinks are quite expensive and you dont have to be a resident to drink here nice to relax here for a while

The superior with direct access to the garden was great, very clean, bed was very comfortable the garden area lovely and the food quality was really good. ORdering in the restaurant took some time, however stuff was very friendly. Wifi only available close to restaurant. Hotel architecture and style are great and worth to see anyway!

2nd visit. Fantastic canarian architecture makes this a lovely place to stay, plus the fact that it overlooks San Sebastian harbour. Lovely rooms, friendly staff, but - unless you are very wealthy, it costs an absolute fortune to eat here and the food is hardly superb. Dinner with wine for 2 can come to 100 euros, which is unheard of...

La Gomera is what the Canaries must have looked like before mass tourism moved in. With fantastic roads, no litter, traditional architecture and hardly any vandalism - it is a beautiful island and a credit to those in charge. This Parador is wonderful too. It is increasingly difficult to find hotels that have not been ‘refurbished’ (some very badly and...

We appreciate your kind comments about our Parador. Our parrot treated with the care of a veterinarian and with meals and proposed treatment. The water is response twice a day, although the strong wind can be occasionally dirty. We guarantee that our parrot enjoys is comfort appropriate measures in the cage. Overall the Parador has a lot to offer:Extremely attractive and well maintained gardens overlooking the whole of San Sebastian, very tasteful shared areas (corridors, sitting rooms, cloistered gardens with fountains.). It has lots of quiet little nooks to sit and read and a great pool area with its own bar. All extremely relaxing. Rooms with balconies overlooking the sea are...
