We stayed here on the recommendation of our friends and were not disappointed. The hotel has a great location, and is run extremely well by a great team of friendly people. They are there every day to offer help and advice about the area The rooms are clean, some overlook the sea and all are great value. We really enjoyed... More

For an end of season trip to Menorca we felt that there would be more going on in Ciutadella than in some of the resorts. I think we were right to chose Ciutadella and extremely happy that we chose this hotel. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the choice at breakfast extremely good. What could be better... More

The hotel Bona is a very basic hotel and a bit dated but is kept clean and reasonably well maintained throughout. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful. Incidentally, reception for checking in and out is at the nearby Mar Blava, the Cala Bona's sister hotel. the Blava is also where breakfast is taken. Our room came with... More

As has already been said, this hotel is good value for money, welcoming, clean and in a great position being only 15 minute walk to the centre. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the inlet. We enjoyed a swim below the hotel using a swim ladder to enter the water. Breakfast was served on the terrace overlooking the inlet.The... More

We stayed at Cala Bona & Mar Blava in September 2016. I agree with all the good reviews. This hotel is clean, comfortable and in a great location next to a Cala and a small, clean beach, great for snorkeling. I was a bit apprehensive about food prices in Menorca before arriving as the hotel is bed & breakfast only.... More

This was our first stay at this hotel, and we really enjoyed it. It is situated in a very peaceful location on the side of a sheltered cove, with a wonderful swimming spot on the rocks in the front. It also has it's own small pool. We had requested, and were given a second-floor room with a balcony overlooking the... More

We stayed here for the first week in May, it's a lovely little place just outside the town. An ideal location to enjoy the beaches to the south or the old town and harbour to the west. Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Mar Blava is a quiet place to be by the estuary of the sea with sunset that special week in September ! Friendly family run, this modest hostel offers accommodation and breakfast to the highest standards you could wish for in a three star hotel. Sunbathe on the rocks down below. Swim across the bay and back. Walk to town... More

I absolutely loved this little hotel - which used to be two separate hotels, hence the two names. I stayed there in September just for a couple of nights but would happily have stayed longer. I thought it was brilliant value for money - just over 30 euros per night for a double for single use, including breakfast. I was... More

The hotel was a good value, but really needs some updating. Rooms were painted several weird colors, bathroom very tiny. Breakfast was just ok, no hot food or yogurt. Good points - great location, service, strong wi-fi and free electronic safe.
