We chose the M house hotel for our 2-night stay in Palma in July this year. When looking at the pictures and reviews, the hotel seemed like a really good choice. Also seeing the price per night was 250€ for a standard room, we were confident that we were on our way to a great hotel for a top-end stay. Unfortunately this wasn't the case and our days at the hotel were quite disappointing. I'll start by saying that the hotel is very well located and allows you to walk to most places of interest. It is nicely decorated and it has a very relaxed vibe. There is a cute sitting area for their restaurant and bar in a patio in the middle of the hotel. The room itself was quite big, and looked nice. The service at the hotel was good and the lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We booked directly with the hotel, so we had the benefit of doing early check-in, and they sorted it out for us quite quickly. We were also celebrating our anniversary and we had a bottle of cava waiting for us in our room, which was a nice touch. That being said, the hotel was just that, it was "okay". It was nothing at the level you would expect after paying 250€ a night for their standard room. The food was okay, but nothing amazing as we expected from reading the reviews. The hotel itself is very small, it is just one room with the lobby and bar, a patio and a tiny rooftop with a tiny pool. That brings me into the next topic, the pool. When we checked-in we were told that to use the pool you had to book a 2-hour slot in advance. We arrived early to the hotel on that first day, and by then, they were already fully booked for the day, so we asked to book for the next day, and again there was no availability except for one super early slot, which isn't ideal when you're on holidays. The next day we came around again to see if anyone had cancelled, but it was all still fully booked. We asked them to check for the following day and once again, all booked except for a 2 super inconvenient slots. We ended up having to take one in the early morning, so we could at least enjoy the pool before leaving that day. I must say that the lady at the lobby did try to help and offered to notify us is there were any last minute cancellations, but of course we already had stuff planned, so if you get a call telling you that the pool is free soon and you're out sightseeing, you're not just gonna run back to the hotel for that. We just found it super disappointing that to be able to use the pool, which is pretty much the only thing to do at the hotel, you have to book 2 days in advance to be able to get a convenient time. So in our case when we were coming for 2 nights, we ended up having to accommodate to the inconvenient slot. Overall, even though the place itself is nice and the staff were kind, the price you pay for it way to high for what the place really is and for what it has to offer. I regret having decided to increase our budget so we could come stay in this place, because seeing the the reviews and the higher price, we thought it would be an amazing stay. Unfortunately that was not the case and we now I see that there were way better accommodation alternatives for less money.

We enjoyed a short 3 night stay before moving on to other parts of Majorca. Situated in the old town of Palma & tucked away M House firstly falls short if you have disability or walking issues as to access the Hotel from a Taxi you have to negotiate many steps. There is also no lift in the Hotel, so although the staff were welcoming & delivered your luggage to your room it is something to be aware of… Our room was small but had modern fixtures & was ideal for a short stay. Breakfast was served in the courtyard & was excellent . The staff were also very efficient & welcoming . A rooftop pool is available but we did not use it. Ideal spot for exploring Palma

Me and my wife planned to stay 3 nights in Palma at M house before moving on to another town. The reason we picked M house was for their relaxing vibe, Nice room and private pool area which would be a nice contrast to the sometimes chaotic city. After the first day, we noticed that the shower was glocked. After 30-45 sec with the water turned on half, there was already running signifikant amount of water out on the floor. That meant we had to shower for 20 sec, turn the water off, use shampoo and then repeat, to prevent the water from damaging the room. The following morning we went to the reception to the manager Dania, and told about the problem. She would call the plumber and he would solve the problem immediately. The next morning when we showered, the problem wasnt fixed at all, so we took pictures and went to the reception. The manager wasnt their but the lady promised to call somebody to fix it. In the evening when we returned, he was told he couldnt come because he had weekend and lived and hour away, but we instead could have a free coffee the morning after where we left. We suggested we instead could have a free meal, because we the day before had a meal for 30€ which he hadn't payed for yet. We thought it was a very small thing to ask for, since being able to take a bath is a big thing and something we pay for. The girl in the reception, would talk to the manager and ask if it was okay. The next morning when we left, our offer was declined. The manager didnt Think that a broken bath would compensate for a meal. We left with nothing, paying full price for a broken hotel room. The first day we came i was surprised of how Nice the hotel was, and i already told my brother who visit palma in late September with his girlfriend, to go here. I Think i have changed my mind now after this poor service

A wonderful hotel tucked away down a quiet side street. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean with all the facilities you would expect from a boutique hotel. The breakfast was delicious and served by the wonderfully friendly staff. The courtyard in the middle of the hotel was an absolute oasis of calm with lush tropical plants- so restful! The reception staff were amazing- nothing was too much trouble and they were so enthusiastic when providing and booking excellent local restaurants which all proved to be amazing. A wonderful stay in a fabulous hotel - Thank you to all the staff at M House Hotel - you are amazing !!

Really a recommendable place to stay if you are I to intimate boutique hotel with a taste for design and good vibes. Dania at the reception and the rest of the staff is unbeatably friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very tasty and the little pool on the rooftop helps to cool down. Great drinks at the bar too.
