Very friendly staff and helpful at late and early hours. Very convenient location. Clean rooms with interesting details that make them feel special. The front desk staff were kind and helpful upon my early morning departure. I felt well taken care of.

bad and unflexible service. (not even able to make dinner reservations or reserve bikes.) overpromising pictures. more like a better hostel. but the interior is a bit nicer than in a hostel. we were quite disappointed.

Friendly, helpful staff, good location for seeing Palma. Good restaurants nearby, close to shops and sights. Hotel quirky, appealing character, some areas would benefit from a makeover. Would stay again.

Perfect location to visit the centre of town (excluding the ones with a car). The common areas are amazingly thought up, but the room was small for comfort. There were several details that made the hotel slightly expensive in comparison to others in Palma. (The shower plate was rusty and the window did not shut). We were expecting nicer rooms.

We stayed five nights in Brondo when we and our little baby visited Palma. The staff was lovely, helped us with hot water several times a day. And when the safety box and the zink was broken they fixed it immediately. The only bad thing is that you can hear the people in the stairs, even if they just walk....

Just checked out after 3 nights in the Walter room. The hotel itself is a piece of art, in that it has been designed by different architects, and feels unique. But what really stands out is the friendliness of the staff and they are a credit to the hotel. We borrowed the hotel bikes during our stay which was a...

My daughter and I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed comfortable beds, good breakfasts and lovely staff. It is certainly in a great location near good restaurants and the old town with easy access down to cathedral and harbour. Bikes also a nice addition. However, our bathroom was not the best and although clean, had a shower showing peeling walls and...

We're used to awkward layouts but this room at the Brondo was as bad as it gets. The bathroom sink, toilet were across the door from the postage stamp shower stall. No room to turn around in shower. Had to watch every move in using sink, toilet. Ugh. But there's more - the bed was uncomfortable, sheets not fit to...

I had a great time at the Brondo. Warm reception, excellent service. With any question I had there were immediate efforts to find information and help. There was a distinct impression that my comfort and needs were the highest priority. Excellent location and the rooms and building architecture were fascinating. Very clean room and spacious.
