Front the moment we arrived tall the staff couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome.
The hotel itself was immaculate and our room (junior suite) was beautiful, well equipped and a very comfortable bed.
We ate at the hotel restaurant, Beatnik which had a great vibe with the DJ playing some nights and the food was awesome (especially the prawn starter).
We used the spa which we needed to book as it only held a handful of people and comprised of a sauna & steam room. It was more than adequate for a 60 minute chill.
The roof terrace would be amazing in the summer, but it was a little chilly for us on this occasion.
The location is perfect for all site seeing and within a few minutes walk to a wide array of bars & restaurants, although the hotel itself is quite secluded, so you can hear any of them.
In summary, this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in (and I use over 30 hotels a year) so if you want a relaxing stay at a boutique hotel in a beautiful city, then look no further!

Hotel's Favorite
This was our first time staying in Mallorca and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel.
The location is fantastic among the narrow streets of Palma and near to many good bars and restaurants. It was easy to walk to any location in Palma.
The room (a suite) was superb with a mezzanine floor for the bed, bath and separate shower. On the main floor it had a well stocked minibar and plenty of chairs. The only problem was trying to work out the purpose of the many light switches.
The breakfast was a highlight with an excellent range of food including a table dedicated to local Mallorcan specialities. The gluten-free choice was extensive with the best gluten-free croissants we have tasted. The courtyard for the breakfast was a calm place to start the day.
The rooftop terrace has several sections and many chairs and had a useful shaded area for the surprisingly hot weather at the end of October.
When we arrived we had a warm welcome from the fantastic Anna who provided tips and suggestions for places to visit, restaurants for every taste, and made sure we knew how to find our way around Palma. All while sipping our glasses of complimentary cava.
We were shown to our room by the friendly and helpful Jesse who also delivered our bags to the room. He showed us where to find breakfast and the way to the rooftop terrace.
We used a taxi to get to the hotel from the airport and the taxi driver did his best to find his way to the front of the hotel but had to stop a little way away because of all the one way streets. However we didn't mind because it was only a minute away and easy to find the entrance.

We attended a special evening event and liked it so much that we came back for sunbeds and lunch the very next day. The overall experience couldn't be better. We had amazing sunbeds right by the pool with a beautiful deck that looks brand new. We sat for lunch and was amazed by the quality. Loved the surf & turf and the quesadillas.

We enjoyed a 2-night stay at Puro Hotel Palma in early December. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. We were able to check in early as we arrived at 10:15am and get late checkout. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location with short walks to many cafes, restaurants, the shopping district on Passeig Des Born, the amazing Palma Cathedral and palace. Enjoyed a dinner at the hotel's restaurant Beatnik with reservations made by the front desk and a 30% discount. Beautiful hotel, clean rooms and small little touches that made the stay that more enjoyable such as the wood "do not disturb" sign, glass water bottles, bracelets made by nomadic tribes, a double sink, slippers and robes (our robes were uncomfortable, though). Views were great from the 5th floor where our room was located. Our window faced the inside terrace and we had no problem with noise. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We visited Hotel Puro from 30th December 2021 till 7th January 2022. To make it short: We had a wonderfull time. We had room number 22, a junior suite on 2nd floor. We slept very well, the beds have been comfortable and the room was a quite one. The junior suite was furnished nice and the cleaning staff kept it very clean, each day. Towels have been swapt daily. Of course, TV, air conditioner, little fridge ect pp was working as expected. Highlight of the bath room was a nice rain shower, which always made us starting the day well. The 2nd highlight of each day was the breakfast. After taking a seat (both, eating inside and outside was possible around new year`s eve) the waiter informed about the special daily offers and asked whether a fresh orange juice, esspresso, cappuchino etc pp is desired. The breakfast was served on a wooden board, and it was excellent. Jam, Nutella, Ham, Cereals, Eggs (fried eggs, omelette, scrambled eggs), fruits, different kinds of cheese (e.g. Manchego and „Queso de Mahon“ (a cheese from Menorca which is quite yummy). Of course, fresh and warm bread rolls and croissants have been served, as well. Ordering „gluten free“ breakfast is possible, which may be for interest for Celiacs. The gluten free baguette and gluten free croissants have been very delicous and were always served fresh baked in a plastic wrap (which makes a lot of sense due to no contamination is possible).
Of course, we visited the Beatnik restaurant, as well. The food was delicous, as well as the drinks. But of course, we visited other restaurants, as well. The location of Hotel Puro may be regarded as one of ist biggest assets due to you can walk to everything within some minutes.
The Hotel Puro`s staff was always friendly and helpfull, which made our stay so wonderful.
Don`t forget to mention the huge SPA offer with its possibilities. My girlfriend booked a massage and was very enthusiatic.

My partner and I and our parents stayed at Puro Hotel over the weekend and it was a fantastic couple of days.
Upon arrival we were made very welcome by the reception team and nothing was too much of a problem.
Our rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. Being Brits, we would have loved a kettle and tea & coffee facilities, but this was available with room service at a reasonable cost. My girlfriend absolutely loved the natural toiletries available in the room (it’s the only hotel she has found that the products are all completely natural).
The wait staff at breakfast were very attentive and the food was tasty and plentiful. The chefs had different breakfasts available each morning which made for a change.
We also got to enjoy the spa facilities which made our stay even more relaxing!!
All in all, we would highly recommend this hotel in the middle of the city down a lovely clean historical street.

This was my 4th time at Puro Hotel, and the hotel has more or less become my standard place of accommodation while in Palma.
+ Very friendly, relaxed, and professional staff
+ Very central, convenient location close to a number of good restaurants, cafes, museums, and shopping opportunities
+ Well-functioning services (cleaning, maintenance, spa, car rental, etc.) at / through the hotel
+ Good breakfast that you can enjoy at a very cozy courtyard

We have had an amazing weekend, fantastic service, amazing care and in the center of Palma. The location is unbeatable very close to the cathedral and very flavorful the area. During our stay at Oasis Urbano we are pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and hospitality. Upon arrival we received an upgrade to a junior suite at no extra cost which made our stay even more enjoyable. The suite was stylishly decorated and very comfortable.
The breakfast was really fantastic: a rich buffet with fresh products and a wide choice of hot and cold dishes. We were even allowed to order a la carte. Every morning it was a party to start the day.
What really stood out was the top service. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and always willing to think along and all this with a smile!

Sorry, I think this question is best directed to the hotel as this time of year ( was there 2 weeks ago) is not the time to use the beach! The local Palma beach however is not far and can be walked to very easily but I’m not sure where the beach club is!

However we can arrange a private transfer service from and to the airport for you. They will be waiting for you at the luggage room, directly at your flight’s luggage belt. Prices from 60€.
