This was my second stay at the BQ AUGUSTA. The reason I returned is because the staff are so friendly and really make you feel at home. Every request I made was dealt with efficiently. The staff at reception couldn't be more helpful. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and spotless. They have a lovely pool and plenty of room poolside to relax. Breakfast is very nice. I will definitely stay again.

We spent nights at this hotel and thought it was great. We had a first floor room overlooking the pool and with city views. The room was a really good size and very tastefully decorated. The buffet breakfast is great and the staff were all lovely. The pool area is also good. The hotel is situated near Porto Pi on the west side of the city and is about a 40 minute walk to the centre or about 10 minutes by bus. The area where the hotel is is pretty hilly but that makes for good views.

Good location above the outer marina of Palma. Decent amount of parking for the location. Service at reception is friendly and professional, but there's no real lobby with nice seating - tough times if you have time to kill. The rooms are a good size but somewhat empty, and not much thought and care has gone into decoration - there is none. Tricky to find a good setting for the AC, it only seems to know 20 and 25 degrees. Modern, nice bathrooms, internet it free and fast enough. Cleaning crew does good work but should be more flexible as to when the clean the room, I often times had to leave early in the morning and found the room to get cleaned at mid-day when I come back. Small underground gym with very high humidity. Pool area is okay, but no city or sea views. Breakfast is good for €5 per day, but I bought and brought my own, fresh orange juice, the one they serve is way too sweet and tastes artificial.

Clean and modern hotel, room very nice and really appreciated pool view from balcony. The pool area is lovely. Staff friendly. Cocktails in the bar are really good and not too expensive either! Bit of a trek to city centre but I actually enjoyed the walk sometimes, and you can also take 4 or 20 bus into city if you don’t feel like walking, so this isn’t too much of an issue. Hotel is in a peaceful location so no traffic noise. However, it could get a bit noisy some mornings around 6am…sounded like tables and chairs getting moved and maybe staff preparing breakfast? Not too sure if this was just the location of my room as I was on 1st floor immediately above dining room. Also, would be good if they had tea and coffee making facilities in room. Overall I found this to be a pleasant hotel and I would recommend it.

Hotel is well to the 4 star standard. But the best about it is the staff. Reception, restaurant, cleaners all of them. Great job they are doing. Premises are clean. Rooms very comfortable. Food in restaurant delicious and what is not always a case, in very reasonable prices. All facilities working very well. One of the best WiFi I ever experience in the hotel. Definitely recommend and will come back if ever again in Palma.
