The hotel is an historic catholic mission, converted ten years ago. The interior is very modern, yet retains the original ancient ceilings and main doors. The result is visually stunning. We received a warm welcome and were escorted to a very spacious room, which was airy, with lots of light natural wood, modern décor and both a shower and a... More

15 minutes from the Airport in the Centre of the Commercial Shopping zone. The Hotel is in a 17th Century building that once trained Missionaries. These days the former "Cells" have been converted to modern bedrooms that are beautifully decorated and quiet despite the busy location. We were greeted by Fernando who provided us with excellent Restaurant suggestions and even... More

This was my first trip to Palma, and what a way to fall in love with the city. We were greeted on arrival by the lovely Fernando who informed us that, not only was our room ready for check in 2 hours early, but that we'd also been upgraded to a Junior Suite. The room was beautiful with a freestanding... More

The hotel is very beautiful and the art is very cool, even the door of our room was beautiful, but it didnt translate into my room was well. The room was smaller and dark, it didnt have any natural light really, and there was no coffee maker or tea in the room so I had to request it, and it... More

The hotel is really very beautifully designed. And the staff were so kind and accommodating. we had room #1 which was more basic, but beautiful....bathroom is under a vaulted ceiling. Changed to room 14, the suite because it became available. Jacuzzi outside, huge room, private steam room....amazingly glamorous! and if you don't book this room, there is a pool on... More

We have just returned from a 2 night stay at this hotel to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary and what a stay it was. Perfect from start to finish. The hotel has a feel of complete peace and serenity and is located down a very quiet, narrow street. We took a cab from the airport 18 euros and very... More

One of the main reasons for going on holiday to the Convent de la Missio is because as the name states, the hotel is a converted 1600's convent and both me and my husband love architecture and history. I give it a 100% rating for how well its been preserved and how much respect has been paid to the old... More

We've just come back from a wonderful trip . Everything about this hotel makes your stay in Palma perfect. It's history is steeped in an old convent being refurbished whilst still remaining very true to its original architectural design. They have created spaces for art and everything has been designed by flourishing artists/ designers etc. It's minutes from the main... More

This hotel really is my ideal city break venue, located n the heart of Palma in an old building updated to the latest standards. Staff were also very professional and helpful with advice about both Palma and other areas of the island. Regretfully I didn't eat at the restaurant, but the bar was highly enjoyable.

When we arrived early in the morning, they could not find our reservation, i pulled it up on my iphone and the receptionist looked confused, he went to speak to another man, presumably the manager, and we were finally given our room, after maybe a forty minute wait. On a second occasion, we wanted to speak to the concierge to... More
