Very dirty hotel, especially in the hotel cafe. The dishes are dirty, and the glasses at the bar too. The reception staff is very unprofessional and rude. The location is not good, the surroundings are very dirty. Do not recommend this hotel.
We were 8 guys on a golf trip and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is good value for money and is generally very clean and well kept . The pool area is nice but be aware the hotel is up a steep hill and most people would need a taxi into Palma. We did not use the restaurant other than for breakfast which is ok with a good selection and overall everyone seemed to be enjoying sitting out on the balcony area which offers a nice view over the bay.
We weren’t expecting too much as we knew it had a class 3 rating but it was perfect for a large group of ladies wanting to chill out and chat round the pool. Check in staff were friendly considering how busy it was when we checked in. Didn’t hurry but gave us early access to some of the rooms early. Everything very clean, rooms very clean, bathrooms a bit tired maybe but rooms were changed every day. The ones with balconies were cleaned too. Bar staff were such good fun, especially Gabriel and his partner who thought nothing of creating a birthday surprise cocktail for our friend’s birthday. Breakfast food good range, bar snacks typically bar basic but as I wasn’t eating breads they brought the most amazing platter to the pool bar for me. The hotel is higher up and at the end of the strip but taxis plentiful and view of the bay and cruise docking breathtaking. Would high recommend for a quieter, cheaper stay if you’re happy to walk 45 mins or get taxis. Pool great, just big enough and with a jacuzzi end. Thanks Amic, we all came away very happy.…
The child's towel was taken from the room. I didn't say that I wanted my room to be cleaned and they came in to change the towels. The child's towel was on the chair with other clothes. No one knew anything about the towel and I was left without it. The bed linen was not changed, only arranged every day
We have spent a week in this hotel The location is not so good. Bathroom shower is horrible with not enough water pressure. Bedroom lights burned out, I called reception no one come to fix it. Fridge in the room not works well Tv cannot connection with internet. Think before make your reservation , you can find something much better for same price or less . Elenice Costa London
Stayed here from 23rd May till the 30th May, the room itself was ok, pool was brilliant and a couple of the staff were friendly. That’s the bit’s i liked about the hotel. I had previously left a 5 out of 10 on booking.com because it was a basic and cheap hotel for the location just being a short walk to the centre of Palma. But the young gentleman who checked us in was not the most helpful person at the hotel to say he was on reception, he then passed us on to a lady who was just as unhelpful she took us to the complex but not the floor she didn’t tell us what floor we were on or anything just left us to find it on our own, when we got to the room it was like a sauna so went to turn on the air conditioning on and open balcony I later found out you can’t do both at the same time what a stupid concept, you also have to pay to use the safe which didn’t work the first night we even got the night manager down to try and sort it out but he couldn’t get it working so he said he would get the maintenance man to try and get it to work, and if he couldn’t I would get my money back, sounded good but getting him to come and fix it was a nightmare and the staff had to be prompted to come to the room plus when he came he was completely rude didn’t speak very good English basically implying that I am an idiot for not reading the instructions which I had read beforehand, he then went to mess with the safe and all of a sudden it worked, finally as regards to the breakfast we didn’t have any coz the unhelpful gentleman on reception couldn’t even be bothered to deal with me so we went down the road for breakfast it was a lot better and from what I have seen on the reviews since getting back I am glad I didn’t bother. To sum up its not to bad if you just want a bed and a pool and a bar, you get what you pay for…
Let's start with the positives..... Really friendly approachable staff. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels on hand. We went B&B , breakfast was just adequate, but everything was clean and tidy with no queuing. Remember, you get what you pay for and for £50 ,per night I was pleased. Aircon worked well as we paid for a superior room with sea view. Go superior because I would not like to see a standard room. Now the no so good bits, the hotel is placed right on a very. Very, very steep hill, lots of steps to climb in between inclines (not a negative of the actual hotel and service but keep this in mind). Taxi and buses frequent but us being Scottish decided to walk and moan. The bar cocktails were a hit or miss depending who served you. The sangria was served from the same large 5L bottle you can buy from the local supermarket for €4. As apposed to paying £8 for a wine glass at the pool bar. Again depending on who is on shift. Glass size varies and overall look of the drinks. Apart from that it's all good from me, although due to location I would not return. No jacuzzi as stated in the photos online (gone). Airport taxi €30 standard fare.…
The hotel was poor, low standard, the janitor didn’t clean our room at all for two days. And I mean NOT AT ALL! Also the staff was very rude and unprofessional. Also they gave us a room under the swimming pool. The facilities were poor aswell, seems like the pool never gets cleaned. The rooms were, like I said earlier, if low standard. The AC didn’t work properly, and the bathroom was also filthy and dirty. The staff don’t understand english. I would steer away from this hotel.
Clean hotel , friendly helpful staff. Food, limited choice. We did not like the open plan bedroom with shower and sink in it but separate toilet. Also very high/steep above the street level so taxis are a must. Defo not suitable for someone who can't walk well on steep hills Could do with a few bars around
The staff were very welcoming and friendly and always happy to help Aga and Tony were very good at making sex on the beach and strawberry daiquiris the jäger bombs were very good with generous servings of alcohol (you wont get bollocksed)
