When we arrived at the hotel, we were immediately impressed by its good location and beautiful entrance hall. As the icing on the cake, we were received very hospitably.
We had to wait a little while for the couple before us to finish checking in, but were offered a glass of water or bubbles during the wait. The check-in went very smoothly. Ana was the kindest person to assist us and took all the time to introduce us to the city, shared several nice hotspots and finally suggested to help us make a reservation to have a nice dinner that same evening.
Our room was brand new and extremely clean. In addition, it was equipped with everything you need in a hotel room: bottled water, coffee, coat racks, a safe, a blow dryer, shower products and even mouth masks and hand sanitizer. The air conditioning also worked great.
The rooftop of the hotel is very nice and lets you enjoy the most beautiful view. The pool side is fairly small: there is only one large sunbed and two lounge chairs. Fortunately, we were able to enjoy the big sunbed two days in a row.
The good location, the hospitality of the staff, the modern and fully equipped, clean room and the beautiful view by the pool make this hotel an absolute must visit when staying in Palma!

We booked the hotel at short notice in a central location in the old town. During the renovation, much of the building fabric was retained and the hotel has a special charm (stone staircase in the centre, winding corridors, vaulted walls, etc.).
The superior double room is very tastefully furnished to a high standard. The double bed is rather hard but very comfortable. There are various local shampoos available, we could have left our own at home. The rainforest shower is a dream. The room is cleaned daily and the towels are changed daily. The view from the small balcony is limited, you look directly at the building next door and the small and very quiet alley. The great and unique rooftop encourages you to leave the room and relax with a drink. On the rooftop you have a beautiful panoramic view over the old town of Palma. In the evenings, which are a bit chilly in January, the radiant heaters help to keep you cosy.
The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, the products are fresh and local. A small menu is available throughout.
Overall, the staff is very friendly, courteous and professional.
We will be happy to come back again! Thank you

The Antigua Palma hotel is a wonderful place to stay. A little oasis in the centre of the old town. You walk into the pretty courtyard and into reception, where you are given a very warm welcome with water and fizz. The reception staff are so nice and couldn't be more helpful with recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, bars and useful driving advice, and most of all, making you feel like you are staying with good friends. A big thank you must go to Mirabel for so much valuable information and some lovely chats. This welcome extends to the staff on the roof top terrace, breakfast area and the cleaning ladies. They really feel like a family. The spa area is really nice and you can have it all to yourself. The roof top terrace is a great sun trap where you can order drinks and food, and spend the day or evening relaxing, plus there is plenty of shade if you need to cool off. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, as well as spotlessly clean. There is secure, underground parking, which is at the end of the road. We had a lovely drive to Deià and Valldemossa, which was only about 25 minutes. The hotel is a five minute walk from lots of bars, restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend After Landing cocktail bar and dinner at The Merchants Steak & Grill. We had a wonderful stay and I would certainly recommend the hotel. I hope to be back one day soon.

From the moment you walk over the threshold of this beautiful hotel, the staff make you feel instantly relaxed & welcome. Dinner, drinks & guitar music on Friday evening on the rooftop terrace made our first night particularly magical, wonderful choice at breakfast.. beautiful, clean, cool rooms were difficult to leave and always a pleasure to return to. But once again, the experience was made by the friendliest & most thoughtful staff imaginable.

We stayed at Hotel Antigua Palma for the latter half of our honeymoon trip to Spain. Tiffany and the entire staff were attentive, kind, and we felt incredibly taken care of. The hotel itself is beautiful with gorgeous amenities such as the rooftop bar/pool (we visited but didn’t use as it was too late in the season), the spa and sauna (book a spa package if you can!) as well as the dining room area that was perfect for a cozy breakfast or pre-dinner drink. The room was spacious and each day, we looked forward to a “daily tip” sheet provided by the staff, offering suggestions on what to explore each day. We would love to stay here again.

An excellent hotel in the heart of Palma old town. The welcome to the hotel was so memorable, reception was so helpful and a glass of something bubbly was perfect after a long days travel. The bedroom decor was stunning, breakfast was just perfect with everything fresh with so much to choose from and the private spa was the final piece of relaxation. I can not recommend this hotel enough, Paula and the staff you are just amazing. The parking is interesting with the streets so narrow, people everywhere however, once again Paula was just so helpful and a credit to the hotel made it stress free. Thank you, we will be back....

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Ive stayed at innumerable five star hotels but I especially appreciated the customer service at this hotel. Every staff member was extremely accommodating and helpful and helped us organize our trip perfectly. The facilities were beautiful. Sonia and Maribel at the front desk were amazing and gave us so many great tips. They made our Mallorca trip effortless. Location of hotel is also perfect. Central and east. Only recommendation to visitors is that FYI they don’t turn on the air conditioning till mid May. We had to leave our balcony door open for the night to keep the room a somewhat cool temp.

Checked in for one night as on business, and was impressed by the helpfulness of the reception staff straight away, along with a welcoming glass of Prosecco!
Room was spacious along with all the usual amenities, large shower room, double bed very comfortable and spotlessly clean throughout the room and the hotel itself.
Roof top terrace bar highly recommended for that late night drink or two.
Hotel is ideally placed in the centre of Palma and everything within easy walking distance, reception staff will provide a map and even make dinner reservations at restaurant's for you if required. TIP: try La Rosa, great food and drinks.
Did not use the hotel restaurant as had to leave early in the morning, but I suspect it will be of the same high quality as the rest of the hotel.
Would I stay again? - Yes, without hesitation!

We spent four nights here and were blown away by how helpful, accommodating, kind and generous all the staff were.
We were given a variety of recommendations, had our restaurants booked for us, and when there was the smallest of errors they went totally out of their way to rectify and apologise.
What’s more, we had a late flight back to London and they let us loiter on the sun roof for the entire afternoon after checking out, before being able to use the spa to shower and freshen up in the evening before heading to the airport. A really wonderful and kind set of staff.
The room itself was great, and the location is fabulous.
We had such a wonderful stay we are booking again to return next year.
In short, it’s a real gem of a hotel — and I cannot recommend going there highly enough!

The check-in team were so helpful, they gave us a map (amongst complimentary all you can drink Cava on arrival), they left us to get settled in our room. On this map we marked all the sites, restaurants and bars then the concierge marked it all up and ordered our taxis. So convenient. The best place about our hotel is that its in trendy upmarket old Palma, quaint hipster puzzled streets with all amenities close by. Be sure to take advantage of the use of the spa (which they make private whilst in us exclusive to you and whoever else is sharing your room). Breakfast was served by lovely staff and the eggs cooked to perfection. The rooftop was stunning, made for sheet relaxtion and great sunbathing spot, cooling down in the pool. Cocktails made with care and attention, best Moscow Mule in town! I'd definitely visit again for sure 100%. Laura, Nadia, Rebeca, the best team! Really thank you for looking after my husband and I whilst mini-mooning in Mallorca.

Regarding the parking space, we would kindly ask you to let us know in advance if you would like us to book one spot for you as it is always subjected to availability. The garage is located aprox. 100 metres away from the hotel and it has an extra cost of 30 euros/day.
