I cannot state strongly enough that this is THE BEST hotel you will find in Mallorca! Located in Old Town, I felt like I was a resident as I made my way along the winding, cobblestone streets! From the moment I walked into the hotel, everything (and everyone) was perfect! The gorgeous aroma that fills the lobby is enough to want to hang out there all day, but there is so much to do and see! All within walking distance. The restaurants , shops, cafes and bakeries are all right there! The hotel itself was meticulously clean. The bed amazingly comfortable and everyday there is a special surprise awaiting you! I enjoyed my time in the spa and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! I will absolutely be back and I know you will fall in love with this hotel like I did!

This hotel was a great find, discreetly hidden down a little side street but slap bang in the centre of Palma. Great boutique feel with wonderful service from front desk, restaurant and roof top bar staff. Little touches like a welcome drink to complimentary sun lotion on the roof deck. Breakfast was great in the hotel restaurant too with local touches on the menu. Rooms were spacious and well thought out with a nice amenity every day. From a sun hat. Fan to daily treats and tips on what to do in the City. Exceptionally clean throughout and great value for a wonderful city stay. Make this your go to Palma hotel.

An excellent hotel in the heart of Palma old town. The welcome to the hotel was so memorable, reception was so helpful and a glass of something bubbly was perfect after a long days travel. The bedroom decor was stunning, breakfast was just perfect with everything fresh with so much to choose from and the private spa was the final piece of relaxation. I can not recommend this hotel enough, Paula and the staff you are just amazing. The parking is interesting with the streets so narrow, people everywhere however, once again Paula was just so helpful and a credit to the hotel made it stress free. Thank you, we will be back....

What a wonderful way to start our trip in Mallorca. We spent three nights here at the start of our eight-night trip. We arrived at the Palma Airport and drove the 15 minutes to the hotel. We quickly unloaded our bags on the narrow street with the help of hotel staff and parked around the corner (EUR 30 per day for parking). The staff was very welcoming upon check-in and gave us restaurant advice and showed us where we were in Old Town Palma. We stayed in a Deluxe Double Room and it was fantastic. Very comfortable king sized bed, great shower, and well set-up for travellers. We did not get breakfast at the hotel but rather went for coffee and pastries each morning and enjoyed them on the small roofdeck. It was a 5-10 minute (or less) walk to major sites and fantastic restaurants and it was easy to get out of town when we did depart Palma. I highly recommend this hotel. Checks all the boxes: comfort, location, design, friendly staff. Also be sure to use the 45 min slot in the private spa - it has a heated pool, steam shower, and sauna. We hope to stay again!

We stayed here for 5 nights in a Deluxe room (so third highest grade of room behind their suites). Let’s start with the plus points: 1. Reception staff were hugely welcoming, friendly and had a good sense of humour; 2. Hotel is very near Placa de Mayor so very central for shops and sightseeing. Now for the list of issues we had, all of which were not apparent on their hugely misleading website and marketing material that only show the biggest and best rooms. Interior design - Apart from the small, cosy, colourful and stylish reception, minimalism and beige taken to the extreme. Very little if any artwork throughout; Experienced back ache as beds cheap, uncomfortable and not good quality; En-suite bathroom does not have a door which offers no privacy. WC and shower (each side of basin), have their own ill-fitting opaque glass saloon style doors; Shower floor is ludicrously slippery and EXTREMELY unsafe - no grab rails for support; Shower door leaks as you will see from the photographs, so wet feet when getting dressed and using basin or mirror; En-suite WC extractor fan stops immediately you turn the en-suite lights “off” - so person on one side of the bed is kept awake at night or you have to put up with bathroom odours. As you are expected to turn off the main electrics for the room when you leave for the day, you can sometimes return to a smelly room; Basin is loose and fitted on top of a cabinet which doesn’t reach the full width of the opening, so items you might place on the edges around the basin continuously fall down the gap at each side, particularly when hanging up your bath towels, as the only 2 hooks are located above the basin on each side, which is really irritating. Only one hanger for hand towel which was damaged. No bin in bathroom. A very small pedal bin in WC; Mirrors, mirrors, mirrors - not very flattering! Glass wardrobe ??? which did not enable anything longer than a shirt to be hung up properly. Only one drawer and very high shelves, so we lived out of our suitcases. As our suitcases were open for the duration of our stay there was very little room left so we felt cramped as other reviewers have commented. No dressing table or desk. Just 2 small, stacking round tables with a very low chair. Another chair was located in the corner by the opening balcony door, which was again obstructed by our suitcase. TV fixed too high to comfortably view from either of the chairs or the bed without getting neck ache. Tiny bedside tables which have no drawers and/or could not be opened. Given the pride and emphasis on the history of the building, we were very surprised to see the use of plastic skirting boards and MDF architraves. If you use the central stone staircase in the open patio / atrium, instead of the lift, firstly be aware that the steps can be wet and slippery when it rains. Take special care when passing the unmarked fire door to each floor as these large doors open outwards onto the stairs. My wife was nearly knocked down the stairs by another guest opening the 1st floor door. No turndown service evident on Sunday after we left our room at 19:50. Woken by bin collection at 04:15. Sadly, but for obvious reasons we would not return.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. All feedback is important to us, and we are really sorry to hear that you had such a frustrating experience. I hope you can see from our other reviews that your situation is the exception and could not be further from our high standards. This only makes us want to resolve it as soon as possible and make sure it doesn't happen again. It is clear that in terms of design, distribution and decoration we cannot agree with the tastes of the number of guests who pass through our beautiful Casa Noble, but the human quality of our entire team, not only at reception but also in the restaurant and Housekeepping, makes every room something extraordinary. I am sorry for the incidents that may have made you feel unsafe in our hotel, but precisely the fire stairs you are talking about, expressly have a sign on each of them that warns that they are only for hotel employees, so access to them is restricted to guests. Once again, thank you very much for your contribution to the improvement of our services, which will of course be taken into account for future improvements. Best Regards, Tifany Gómez I Front Desk Manager

I stayed at Antigua Palma in August for 3 nites and was traveling with some pretty high maintenance friends... and the way the staff handled them was just so impressive I had to share my thoughts and thanks to everyone. From the room changes to the laundry to this to that ... I was absolutely embarrassed for us all and I want to thank the whole staff for they attentiveness and patience and quick remedy to all my friends crazy requests. The hotel was absolutely lovely and a beautiful charming haven convenient to everything. Highly recommend to those who love an old world boutique hotel with graceful service.

Checked in for one night as on business, and was impressed by the helpfulness of the reception staff straight away, along with a welcoming glass of Prosecco! Room was spacious along with all the usual amenities, large shower room, double bed very comfortable and spotlessly clean throughout the room and the hotel itself. Roof top terrace bar highly recommended for that late night drink or two. Hotel is ideally placed in the centre of Palma and everything within easy walking distance, reception staff will provide a map and even make dinner reservations at restaurant's for you if required. TIP: try La Rosa, great food and drinks. Did not use the hotel restaurant as had to leave early in the morning, but I suspect it will be of the same high quality as the rest of the hotel. Would I stay again? - Yes, without hesitation!

We chose Antigua Hotel for its location and price. The hospitality was phenomenal. The front desk team were always positive and happy. Our issue was the room - the bathroom lacks privacy and we felt a bit claustrophobic. Make sure you prebook a parking spot if you plan on renting a car.

This hotel is all about service which started long before our stay. They connected with us several times on preferences and when we changed our flight last minute they had no problem making adjustments to our car service. The front desk gave us several exceptional recommendations during our stay. Our rooms were beautiful clean and serene. The rooftop was a nice escape at the end of a long day. Service again was exceptional.

We spent four nights here and were blown away by how helpful, accommodating, kind and generous all the staff were. We were given a variety of recommendations, had our restaurants booked for us, and when there was the smallest of errors they went totally out of their way to rectify and apologise. What’s more, we had a late flight back to London and they let us loiter on the sun roof for the entire afternoon after checking out, before being able to use the spa to shower and freshen up in the evening before heading to the airport. A really wonderful and kind set of staff. The room itself was great, and the location is fabulous. We had such a wonderful stay we are booking again to return next year. In short, it’s a real gem of a hotel — and I cannot recommend going there highly enough!
