First time in a hotel like this, no recepción, just ring the door and walk in a room with a cooker, a table, a phone and a sink. The phone rings and its the recepción from another hotel. The rooms we got, not at all like the photos. Ok for students and in a budget i guess. But not relaxing... More

Just after arriving home from a 6 night stay in this little gem of a hotel. With only 5 rooms in the hotel it meant we hardly even seen any of the other guests, giving it a feel that we had the place to ourselves. With the small pool out the back it provided us with a chance to relax... More

Great location. Rooms ok, a bit run down but ok. Our room in the first floor was a bit noisy. Luckily there's AC in the rooms so can sleep with windows closed. Staff... Ok, although you get the feeling that te place runs itself. You get a code to come in, a letter waits for you. Didn't see any staff... More

Bit of a run down building but the rooms offered what was promised. They were clean, quaintly old-fashioned (perhaps a euphemism for old) but very suitable for our purposes. Great location! Walking distance to everything. Only downside is the paper thin walls.

As other reviewers, quite liked the simplicity of the key-code etc. The fact there were also amenities for basic self-catering made the stay feel as though we were a bit more independent. However, fantastic bakeries and coffee shops nearby meant we always ate out anyway. The room was simple, with extremely good air-conditioning. It was fantastic value for money given... More

The location of this hotel is perfect - set in a small street just back from the main shopping street in the heart of old Palma. The entry code system worked after a few attempts, similarly the faxed registration form. The room certainly had character, the air conditioning worked well and the roof terrace was a real bonus - the... More

This hotel is located down an alley in about the exact centre of Palma. It's unstaffed, and run by people from another nearby hotel. You get in with a code number, and when you arrive you fill out a registration form and fax it to the main hotel. Kinda weird, but there's a direct phone line to the parent hotel,... More

I had a lovely time in Palma with my 17 year old daughter and this placed worked perfectly for us in terms of location, price and general independence. I liked the lack of staff - until we had a plumbing problem in our room! But, to be fair, reaching people on the phone was never an issue and all problems... More

This hotel has 5 small rooms on a small street very well situated between the Placa de Espanya and the Cathedral. There is no one there, you enter with a code you receive with your reservation, and that made me nervous since I was arriving on a very late flight after midnight and I had a meeting early the next... This was a very quirky little place, in an old building in the old town. It was unmanned, but the system of keycode pads, intercom, and fax seemed to work perfectly well. It is managed and monitored by another hotel in town. The room was adequate, if a little dull. Also the sound really carried through the building, so we... More
