I stayed here for two nights with my partner and baby. During our trip we stayed in several aparthotels and apartments in various cities in Spain. This was by far the worst. The location was good, close to the commercial/shopping district and a short walk to the river, old town and Guggenheim. Parking is in an underground car park beneath... More

The location is very central, much better than anticipated. The Apartments are a good size, but need a make-over. Very good service. The frontdesk was very helpful and the cleaning very good. Only a pity that the rooms needs a fresh coat of paint, a new sofa and some more glasses.

Three stop visit: Paradore, Fuente De, Los Picos de Europa, then a hotel, in Barrio, Alto Campoo (Santandert) then, centrall Bilbao and a suite of rooms at Apartimientos Santiago! Fabulous! Self-catering if required, loads of room for two people. Very clean, and very central with underground parking.

We stayed here for 4 nights in late May 2016. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious - makes coming back there in the evening a pleasure. You can relax in the comfortable lounge and cook there quite easily. A really good quality place at a very reasonable price.

We couldn't work out why it was so hard to find somewhere to stay in Bilbao, and really lucked out with this place. (Turned out we were visiting in the middle of their amazing carnival week, and we wished we had stayed an extra night, though more than that might have been exhausting). It cost us about 150 Euros for... More

Stayed in a very spacious two bedroom, and despite being very centrally located, we found the apartment extremely quiet at night. Beds were comfortable and housekeeping was efficient. Staff were helpful. There were a few scuffs on the furniture and walls but generally the place was well kept, and the kitchen stocked with basic cutlery and utensils. We found easy... More

Very close to the Guggenheim (some 600-700m away) in the centre of the modern part of the city. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. The appartment itself is a bit worn out and dark but spacious and stiil worth considering given the excellent location. The car park underground is very tight.

We'd taken a taxi from the airport (a slightly expensive luxury) but if we hadn't we'd have struggled to find this place. Once found though, the reception staff were friendly and helpful and speak good English. Our apartment on the 7th floor (there's a lift) was very nice, bright and spacious. Well furnished to contemporary standards and with all mod... More
