Out of town hotel that feels as if it is stuck in the 1970s and the rooms match this experience. Inexpensive yet you get little for money other than the bare necessities. My rate did not include breakfast and I am unsure if they actually supplied any option for this?

Stayed here with a group, and it was the worst hotel experience of my life. You get the feeling that you are not welcome there. It starts with the check-in, some people got rooms that already had guests inside!! Some families with children had requested connected rooms, which the hotel told on reservation not to be a problem, but at check in they were given rooms on separate floors!! The rooms were very hot, specially the ones on the top floor, which had no windows, except for an opening on the rooftop. The manager was not available to take complaints at any day of our stay, which included weekdays and weekend. There is a complaints / suggestions box which was totally full (not hard to imagine why). But the worst is the food. Crappy frozen "San Jacobos" from Lidl is not quite what you expect from a 3 star Hotel in Europe. Desert was usually canned pineapple, or canned peach, which was way better than some sweet rice that they gave us on the first day. One day we got fish, which was undercooked and tasting strange, and had to go back. Another day we were visiting the surroundings and called to ask them to delay the meal for 30 minutes, they didn't do it, so we lost our meal. Again about service, many people put some of their own food in the room mini-fridge, and one day before departure the hotel took all the food out, and locked the fridge. People returned to the rooms only at night, to find all the food damaged from the heat. During "breakfast" of the last day, they removed the towels from the rooms!! Sorry for the long review, but this really was a very bad stay. This Hotel simply shouldn't be allowed to be open.
