The hotel is small and simple but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is impeccably clean. Hats off to the housekeeper. Laura at the front desk was wonderful and gave us a lot of information of where to go and what to see. There is a very nice community

Estimado Oralsurgeon, sentimos enormemente que no hayan podido descansar lo deseado la noche que han estado alojados en nuestro hotel. Gracias por destacar el trato recibido por nuestro personal y nuestra ubicación, estamos en el centro de la ciudad, en segunda línea de playa y muy próximos al casco antiguo, pero entendemos que el tránsito de personas por la calle puede resultar molesto, al igual que el servicio de limpieza municipal en el turno de mañana. Me gustaría dejar constancia que en el momento en que comunico su deseo de adelantar la salida y el motivo, se les ofreció un cambio de habitación por una con orientación interior y por consiguiente más tranquila y usted lo declinó. Por último hacer referencia al título de su reseña, "La peor noche de mi vida", no quiero emplear el término subjetivo pero creo que si exagerado, en esa misma habitación han pernoctado otros huéspedes cuya experiencia ha sido positiva, por favor no malinterprete mis palabras, mi deseo es hacer ver el daño que pueden hacer unas palabras para la reputación de un establecimiento.
