The real address of this hotel is the Ciudad de Transporte. It is 7 stories tall; the floors are tile; the bathroom doors are glass; stuff like that. Our room is also about the size of our stateroom on the ship! The toilet is in its own compartment. There are two sinks, a hair dryer and a flexible shaving-makeup mirror. The shower looks reasonable but it has bath gel/shampoo in a dispenser on the wall. Hate them. But then there is an emergency toothbrush and razor if you've forgotten yours. Weird. The bathroom floor looks dirty in the corners, but doesn't really cause any trouble. The partial shield for taking a shower is practically useless.

The hotel has a bar and restaurant that serves lunch and dinner, but they are closed on Sat., Sun. and holidays, which used up two of the three days of our stay. I checked the lunch crowd on Tuesday and they were packed! Looked like a big group, but who knew?

The room has a mini-fridge that isn't stuffed with mini-bar items and the 'single' beds are pushed together and made up together. That's nice. Breakfast is 8 euros each - usual stuff except the coffee maker is totally nuts and the guy working there does nothing. I like having someone making my coffee! The open window gives a great view of lots of trucks. I was pretty put off by the truck stop ambiance. There is a day spa in the hotel and I didn't even go look at it. Yeah, no AC here either. I will say that with the windows closed, you really couldn't hear the trucks coming and going. This is also the first room we've stayed in that has a door with a broken jam. Still locked OK, but had been broken in the past. We picked this hotel in part for the free parking, so we had to drive and find parking when we visited the city.

The room and bed were comfortable but there was a constant cold draft from the window despite two layers of curtain. The only amenities in the room were a disposable razor and a small bar of soap. For some reason that I cannot fathom, staff delivered a bottle of cava with two glasses despite the fact that I was traveling alone. I queried the staff person who seemed to think that she was delivering to the correct room.
The food in the restaurant was decent and the price very fair. However, I mistakenly left an e-reader in the room. The contacted me in Barcelona via email the next day, but were unwilling to do anything to return the item to me. They told me that it was against their company policy to mail or ship any left item, even when I was more than willing to cover any cost.
Fortunately staff at my hotel in Barcelona was willing to assist, and arranged for Fedex to overnight the item to me to arrive before I left the city for the USA.
I found the unwillingness to assist in any way totally unacceptable.

This hotel with restaurant and spa is on the outskirts of Zaragoza and easy to find. There is a bus service into the city every half hour. It is in the transport area in a mall of office blocks with an excellent cafe which is useful if you arrive when the restaurant/ cafe is closed.
The room we had was good with a very large comfortable bed, bidet and BATH,!
No tea /coffee making equipment but there is the cafe!
The cost was 52euros for the night and we would have used it as a base to explore the city if we had had time.

Nice to be out of the City after walking and exploring all day.
English speaking receptionist, very clean, quiet room with a view.
Bar and restaurant also very good, glad we stayed.
Free underground secure parking and that's a bonus.

we felt cheated... the Spa did not exist ( they told us after we booked) and the hotel is located in a truck parking lot!! So so far away from the description! It ruined our family WE. The location was so depressing . i will load pictures so you can see... shame Also the TV stop working the first day, no room service (4 stars hotel?) the worst ever
Thank DCYRE
