Friendly staff. Nice size room. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom large. Good selection for breakfast. Very close to centre of Zaragoza and only 10 mins max from the train station. Sadly I did not have time to try the pool. Definitely would stay again.

After travelling up from the south of Spain this was the most luxurious stay. The bed was huge with quality bedding the room had great blackout curtains. The breakfast was fine, plenty of choice but I didn't get my scrambled eggs lost in translation I think. The downside no restaurant open on a Sunday evening and kids running in the... More

The Palafax is a luxury class hotel in a very good location, close to shops, restaurants and the main walking and entertainment areas of the city. Our room was large , with a comfortable King size bed, desk, chair and a sofa. It was on the 6th floor and faced the rear of the building which provided for a quiet... More

We stayed here for a weekend in Zaragoza. Checking took some time but was ok. The rooms are pretty nice, cosy and very clean. The bed was the best we had during our stay in Spain. The television is really huge. Really 5 star rooms are offered. We would like to have a sauna so we went in our bathrobes... More

Stayed with my family for a marriage celebration at the same hotel. Facilities are fine, but we missed some garden and openair spaces. Sercice is nice and food, fine too. Very close to the very city center and a short walk away from El Pilar and roman area. Worth staying, at keast once.

Why does it take so long to check into a hotel, it's not rocket science for God's sakes. After a long days travel I don't need to wait half an hour to get a room. It's like a qoverment department or something

A gem of a find, we got a double room for €84. The hotel is at the upper end of Five Star with great staff and facilities. It is also in an excellent city center location close to all attestations, sites and shops

I stayed here for 1 week for business from the USA, so my review is inyended for those famoliaar with travel in the USA. The room was very nice. No microwave or coffee maker. The Palafox is situated between the Cesar Augusto and Independencia avenues, but on a quiet side street between them in an area filled with bars and shops. It's about 15 minutes by foot from the Plaza de Espana on the edge of the old town. The hotel is well appointed, seems to be largely a business hotel that works well... More
