Regular stays there for business. Good location down town, close to main points of interests to visit. Quality of rooms, bathrooms are ok, never had bad surprise from my side. Breakfast room a bit small and regularly crowded in the morning at the morning rush hour. I recommend to ask for a room courtyard side rather than on the street...

The bathroom need a refreshment. The rooms at the front are noisy of you want to open the window. Good beds and a rather big room. Good value when you have an offer including breakfast via Booking.com.

A must roman ruins ( closed afternoons). Gratis for pensioners. Our 2nd visit here. Sadly room decor has deteriorated and towels a bit past it. Tiles need a regrout but hey...

Very well located, just in the centre of the city, really close to everything: restaurants, shops, commercial areas, touristics zone. Confortable rooms with one king size bed or twins. Very clean and not too noisy to be in the centre.

I visited Zaragoza one weekend in middle of March and found this hotel very centrally located in the city. I would soon regret to have ever stayed at this hotel when encountered with the receptionist who seemed genuinely bored and uninterested in service quality and did not make us feel welcome at all. Unfortunately very bad attitude throughout the check...

I found the staff excellent and very helpful. The hotel is very attractive the rooms are spacious and well furnished. Parking is easy for a city centre hotel. There is a good restaurant with the hotel in addition there is a good selection of restaurants close by.

First visit to Zaragosa, and very impressed with city and this hotel just outside the historic district and near main Plaza Espana, so walking distance to most historic sites, restaurants,Tapas Bars (not a big fan of Tapas but key area for that is also walking distance). The hotel is in an old historic building but renovated so rooms are spacious,...

Overall this was a very nice hotel with a modern style. It is located just at the edge of the city centre with a 5 minute walk to the central cathedral. The room was decent size and very clean. Only downside was the intermittent wifi. The breakfast was very good with a large selection but quite expensive.

I have been at this hotel a few times only for one night. This time I stayed for 3 nights. Staff efficient and friendly. Reception area very smart. A good start. Room was clean and serviceable. Did not like the single beds put together. Looked like a double bit was not. Prefer to spread out in a double. Breakfast was...
