Boutique Hotel Casa del Poeta earns rave reviews for its superb value, enchanting courtyard serenades, and attentive service that enriches the guest experience. Nestled in a central yet tranquil part of Seville, the hotel captivates many travelers with its elegant, pristine rooms, though a few guests have noted limited natural light. While the hotel's serene ambiance and cultural offerings are highly praised, some visitors mention extra costs. However, the overall consensus is that it provides a luxurious stay that many find well worth the price.

The location and building are wonderful- located on the old Jewish district of the medieval city. Check in was great - first time I’ve ever done check in over a glass of wine. The staff themselves are super helpful and all speak English. We booked a suite which was nice but the bathroom was a little small. Apart from that no complaints- I would definitely go back.

Hotel Casa del Poeta exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect as it within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the drink offered at our arrival to the water and cookies received on departure. Breakfast was delicious (book direct with hotel and it is included with room), and the hotel is beautiful! We had the standard room and were pleased with the size and amenities. The view from the roof is spectacular, especially at night. We would love to go back! Don’t hesitate to book your stay at this beautiful hotel!

The hotel is very atmospheric, in Andalusian architecture, situated in the most beautiful area of Sevilla , a few steps from the most interesting monuments of the town . The staff is very friendly, polite and professional, ready to help on everything. My experience was excellent. Highly recommended

From the moment you enter the property you realize that you are in a special place. La Casa del Poeta is a lovely property and the service provided by the staff is both personal and professional. As you enter through the doors and walk inside, you feel as though you are being transformed to a relaxing and peaceful environment. The courtyard is lovely from the architecture, greenery and open sky. You are greeted by front desk staff and they take care of your arrival and check-in including a welcome drink. Room accommodation were very clean, relaxing, intimate and housekeeping staff provide everything we needed during our stay. Breakfast in the mornings is very nice in an intimate serving room adjacent to the courtyard and includes a wide choice of selections. The rooftop deck is relaxing and comfortable (March 2024) and affords nice views around the city which is very nice during pleasant weather. The guitarist that plays music in the courtyard during the evenings is professional and the music is beautiful and helps guests relax and enjoy this special place. The ambiance of the entire property is very intimate and peaceful and you feel welcome here. I highly recommend La Casa del Poeta and would stay here again when we return to Seville.

A beautiful boutique hotel converted from an old mansion tucked away from the main street but only a few minutes walk to the Cathedral. Due to the excellent location of this hotel, we managed to walk to all attractions we wanted to visit in Seville. We stayed in a Suite on the 3rd floor which consists of 2 rooms with the bathroom in the middle dividing the 2 rooms (1 double bedroom and one sitting room with a covetable double sofa bed). Spacious room for our family of 3 and very comfortable beds with high quality bed linen. Breakfast spread is not huge but of high quality. To start, a choice of 2 different freshly squeezed juice plus a plate of freshly sliced fruits are brought to your table. You can then help yourself to the buffet breakfast with cooked Spanish sausage, Spanish potato cake, fried eggs, avocado salad, smoked salmon etc... Typical choice of hot drinks, toasts, bread and Spanish cakes. Very fresh ingredients, small selection but fine. All staff member is extremely helpful and friendly, especially Jessica. We also met the lady hotel owner, a very charming lady explaining about the history behind the hotel. Will definitely return to this wonderful hotel!

Booked this based on recommendations. Did not disappoint. Our favorite hotel by far. The location is perfect…a little difficult to find, but staff will assist. The rooms were amazing as was the staff. The atmosphere was the best we’ve ever experienced. Absolutely dream like courtyard with guitar player in the evening. A perfect location for newlyweds, couple etc. Will definitely come back

From Philip, the manager, to Nordeen, the head chef, to the 2 young ladies from Netherlands, this is the best hotel eve, though not entirely easy to get to, in the center of old Seville. Breakfast was exquisite, the flamenco guitarist and glass of wine were wonderful each evening, and the staff were just unbelievably “at our service”!!

We were overall happy with our stay in the apartment close by the hotel, it was in a good location and very clean. The windows are sound-proofed so most of the noise from the street is blocked although a bin lorry does visit every morning quite early and is audible. Some areas that could be improved: 1. I booked directly with the hotel, the website says that breakfast in the hotel is included but when I asked at reception I was told that does not apply if you stay in the apartment. 2. The apartment furnishings are showing some wear and tear and some refurbishment is needed now. Some handles were coming off wardrobes for example. 3. There is no dryer in the apartment, although it is listed as an amenity. The hotel itself is lovely and we enjoyed the guitar recital every evening, I would choose to stay there next time (and maybe get breakfast....).
