Sorry to say that, despite the warm reception by the employees, this hotel has lost its charms. We stayed in the suite with bathtub in the room (top floor, just below the rooftop terrace). It was noisy (one can hear every sound from the terrace, and it can be very noisy), and the ceilings and walls were in relative decay... More

This is a jewel and an oasis of tranquility right in the heart of vibrant, beautiful Sevilla. Amazingly helpful, friendly and professional staff who went more than that extra mile to answer questions, give great Insider tips and to ensure that my stay was just perfect. I was sad to leave and this is my first choice for the next... More

The man at the reception desk (I regret not getting his name) made our stay! Upon our arrival, he pulled out a city map and spent a generous amount of time suggesting places to see and eat. He gave us tips on avoiding entrance lines, reserved seats for us at a flamenco show, and ordered paella (fresh, not frozen) for... More

Having read very good reviews in both Trip Advisor and the booking agent, we were just a little disappointed. Our big mistake was to ask for a quiet room. This turned out to be an internal room - 203, quite small in comparison with the room opposite 202. It was clean and quiet, but it does seem to be impossible... More

Great location, nice staff, could be decent rooms if they were maintained. Until recently, this will have been a good place to stay but decay setting in everywhere, be it the faulty plug making the sink unusable to doorhandles falling off let alone the ghostliness of the could-be-wonderful roof terrace (see picture). My room had no air con which is... More

A basic but fairly priced hotel very close to tourist attractions. Very clean hotel. Man on reception was a wealth of information and very friendly. Breakfast was basic but fair for the cost. Only real problem was that the tables were too close together ... not easy to even get to some tables! I believe the hotel is closing for... More

I loved my stay at Espacio Azahar. There's a lift, the building is beautiful and the location is unbeatable, at a reasonable walking distance to literally everywhere in Seville. It is also close to many great cafes, bars and restaurants. The room was very clean, relatively spacious for one person, the towels were changed every day and the staff were... More

Before I review the hotel itself, I just have to say that Juan at reception is a superstar tour guide. He gave us such a warm welcome when we arrived and took the time to recommend (and mark on our map) all the bars, restaurants and sites we had to see. Every recommendation was excellent. He also saved us hours... More

Real value for money hotel in very good location. Got held up on ferry from lanzorote due to bad weather so we were a no show and was cancelled. Couldn't contact them as no coverage on boat. Although our room had been given out they found us another room and we stayed an extra night with no charge. Very helpful... More

Having read the reviews, I booked this hotel with my wife for a 2-day visit of Seville. The hotel is quite close to all the major tourist locations and have plenty of restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Based on the suggestions of previous reviews, I asked for a better room, only to be upsold to 301 - the "penthouse". It's... More
