Very nice hotel in a central location, with very helpful and welcoming staff. We were given an upgrade to a superior room on the ground floor, with an excellent bathroom. The window looked into a courtyard which meant we had not external light but we enjoyed the roof terrace until it was dusk each evening so that wasn't important.

I was very happy with this hotel. Beautiful layout with an outside courtyard and a roof terrace. Very comfortable room, great breakfasts and helpful, friendly staff. Location is good, about 15 minutes walk to Cathedral and Real Alcazar, and 25 minutes to Plaza de España. Located north of the main tourist attractions and although not so pretty the many local bars and restaurants are somewhat less touristy (and the wonderful Enslava tapas bar and restaurant v close). I only withhold 5* as the upper part of the roof terrace was closed (I understand it has great views) and my standard room, although v comfortable, was a bit small (no chairs). The superior room I asked to see looked amazing!

Very comfortable, very central, very helpful staff, all speaking good English. The room was large and the bed was delightful, the bath, with shower, was perfect and it was difficult to find fault with any part of this hotel. A splendid January destination. We walked everywhere that we wanted to go and saw all that we wanted to see that was open.

We stayed for four nights in room 206. The room was clean and had an en suite shower and separate bath. However the room had no window except out to the internal landing which is just above reception and we could hear every conversation that was had there. Tea & coffee was basic and minimal but there is a fridge so we bought our own supplies and milk. Breakfast was 15€ each, we didn’t eat here though as there are so many local tavernas serving delicious breakfasts for 5€ at most. Jose checked us in and was very friendly and helpful, the female receptionist was the opposite!! Smile training might be appropriate. The rooftop bar was open 1600-1830 for some nights of our stay. Pleasant atmosphere up there and the chap who was serving was wonderful. The hotel is central for anything you could wish to do in Seville and very close to the shopping district. We may return here but would not stay on that room again.

Great boutique hotel in ideal location for all landmarks and sights. We walked miles every day, furthest away was approximately 15 minutes. Room was well appointed, staff friendly. Roof bar and cafe/bar just off reception-we made use of all facilities?! Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again 😍👍
