When we arrived at the hotel they did not offer help for luggage. The personal at the front desk were nice and helpful, after the check in. We ask if we are going to have air conditioning in rooms and they answer yes. But we never have the air condition on. We open the windows during the nights, but we...

The location of the hotel is at least twenty minutes walk from the tourist areas, through a very non descript area with busy roads. The outdoor pool and bar were closed for renovation despite the 25 degree heat, which meant there was nowhere outside to relax in the sun. The room was very hot and air conditioning didn't work. When...

Room is clean and in a comfortable size fit for a couple with two big suitcase. It located in the central area of the city, where you can access different part of the city easily. It is about 5 mins walk away from the San Bernardo, where you can take street train, light train, public bus and airport bus. It...

Although not in the center, I chose this hotel because it displayed clean and modern rooms and this is what I found. Also, I've got a room at a higher floor which provided good views over the city. The room was great and breakfast as well.

Very classy hotel, great service, clean/sizeable rooms, and despite the pool area on the 3rd floor being boxed in, without much of a view, and the pool being quite small, the amenities were good as well. We were with a Globus tour of Portugal, Spain and Morocco during our stay here, and the facility itself was great! And Seville is...

Very classy hotel, great service, clean, sizeable rooms, and despite the pool area on the 3rd floor being a bit boxed in, without much of a view, and the pool being quite small, the amenities were good as well. My fiance and I enjoyed our stay with our Globus tour group here, very much. Seville is a very memorable trip!...

This hotel was great, really good value (£80/night for a double room including breakfasts). Gym needs upgrading, but so what, that's not really what you go to Seville for. Sauna and Jacuzzi were excellent, outdoor pool open (early March 2017) and a real suntrap, mid 20 degrees. Choice of everything at breakfast, hot food, cold meats, cereal, fruit etc. etc....

I have not as yet stayed at this hotel, and doubt I ever will! Having received a quotation for my party of 4 from Jose Real, I confirmed my party would like to make a reservation, providing all details requested appropriate to making the reservation. After 3 further emails and 1 phone call, in which I was advised that nothing...

They didn't spare on the tons of marble and glass that went into creating this stunning property. The public areas are massive, the rooms too have extra large beds and the bathrooms are bigger than some of the actual bedrooms I've booked into in other places. Reception and bar staff: 10/10 The food in the 13th floor city vista restaurant...

This is a perfectly acceptable hotel that was eminently forgettable in a long trip. There were no surprises but no complaints either. Good location. Pleasant staff. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
