Next to impossible to find, parking is impossible to find. Finally park in the basement of the hotel. Carried all my luggage up a flight of stairs. Got to the lobby, only to wait 25min while all the people in front of me complained about the parking, the dirty rooms and the broken abused furniture. Got to my room, i was in disbelief. Horrible! Flooring missing, tv all scratched. Furniture like a dorm room. Falsely advertised on bonvoy website. I couldn’t stay here. Checked out 1/2 hr after check in. I would skip this hotel!!

We stayed on an overnight trip to Sevilla. Very modern and well put together. The service in the bar / restaurant was amazing as were all the staff. Make sure to hit the breakfast buffet before charging out to explore the city.

not the best location at all in seville, nor is hotel parking very good, poor TV channel choice - where is cnbc? BUT BUT when it comes to helpful staff going way beyond the norm this is the place. My wife is disabled and had great issues getting in/out of hotel. Front Desk Manager - sofia padilla - organised everything for her in hotel and went further to ensure we had a parking spot by blocking one for us. This is Marriott at its best and is why I am a Marriott fan. Well done. Rooms are standard AC - get one on other side from busy road.

The pool area was poorly maintained. The chairs were filthy. If they can’t clean them, they should invest a few hundred € to get new ones. The hotel otherwise was pretty basic and the staff felt like they were going through the motions. Expect more from Marriott

This was a great and very affordable find! It's a Marriott property under the AC brand. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful - generally able to communicate well using English (although my partner fluently speaks Spanish). The room was spacious and reasonably quiet, with a good-sized bathroom and shower(only, in our reservation). The bed was also reasonably comfortable although it did have a slight "clunk" if you sat heavily on it. Air conditioning in the building was most welcome returning to the hotel, and the climate control in the room was quiet but efficient. There was a coffee maker in the room, and a small refrigerator that was stocked with (for a fee) drinks - but it was small enough that we stored a handful of small items in it as well. We did not use the room safe. Location is good - it's on a major road that enters the Maria Luisa Park and Plaza de Espana about 1 mile away, and another 0.5-1 mile to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. Two bus lines run past the hotel, with the stop a few hundred feet away. The returning line drops off directly in front of the hotel. There is also a small grocery (by the bus stop), and some nearby restaurants (we didn't try any of them). Breakfast came included in our reservation, and included a good variety of rolls, pastries, fruits, and cereals; as well as the ubiquitous Jamon Iberico, meats, and cheeses. We did not use the fitness center, but we did cool down in the rooftop pool on a couple 100+F days. We noticed another couple ordering food and drinks from while on the pool deck during the afternoon, but we did not try this ourselves. For the money this was a great and affordable find! Great experience with friendly staff. I suspect they granted a room upgrade because it was a suite layout. We got a welcome gift of local desserts and they were very helpful even a couple of days after the checkout which was greatly appreciated. Other AC hotels must learn from them !!!

I stayed in Room 317 March 18 to March 24, 2022. When I first arrived from a long flight I did not see the wheelchair access out in front until a few days later. The front steps really needs a handrail for the front steps especially when it rains as the marble looks slick. The room itself is a standard room, unfortunately as a Platinum Elite member I was not given an upgrade as they were sold out and in my room I did not see any welcome note with gift of any kind. The room has a view of the swimming pool and the fitness center was on the same floor as the room. The room has an in-room safe which was locked when I arrived so had to call the front desk to complain, there is a small mini fridge, hair dryer, small table with chairs, and coffee maker. The bed was not the most comfortable. The bathroom did have good counter space for your items. The tub had one small hand rail on the wall but I think there should have been a larger one to help the guest get into the tub. The one thing I noticed is that the room did not have a standard box of tissues. it had one small tiny package of tissue that I had to go downstairs to the front desk for several days and ask for more tissue. Finally housekeeping gave me several packs that lasted through my stay, very grateful to housekeeping who were very nice through out my stay who constantly asked if I needed anything replenished in my room. The room also had spotty wifi that would not stay connected for long, had to constantly reconnect to it multiple times when I was in my room. I did notice there was no lobby computer for the guests to use, you have to rely on the front desk if you need something printed. I also noticed a sign on the front desk that rents out bicycles but as it rained most days I did not rent one. All of the hotel staff were friendly. Online the hotel says the rooms are soundproof but I could hear other rooms toilet's flush. The breakfast was the same variety every morning and only served cold food, no hot food. The hotel is near a hospital, down the street is a gas station, burger king and a pharmacy. Around the corner is a couple of small restaurants (i.e. pizza place, tapas place). The hotel is within walking distance to the Plaza de Espana, a nice park and several other site seeing places a little further from the Espana. If you are looking for a hotel that gives a touch of luxury, is relatively close to everything important and on the other hand remains in a reasonable price range - this is the right choice. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, and Plaza Espana is about a 15 minute walk away. The hotel staff was friendly, especially the lady at check-in. I received all the information I needed, even more than I had hoped for. I was recognized as a Marriott Platinum member, got a very nice upgrade (albeit via SNA) and a late check-out with no problems. Once in the room, I was greeted with a nice welcome gift of local desserts. The room was very clean, functional and nicely furnished and had a small balcony. The same goes for the bathroom. It should definitely be mentioned that the hotel also has a small pool on the roof. I was very pleased with the breakfast, there were more than enough cold options in the form of buffets, and hot dishes like fried eggs were ordered and freshly prepared. My only objection would be to the choice of dishes for dinner, I was expecting a little more choice, especially in terms of local options.…

AC Marriott Seville City is located in the residential area just outside city centre and it is about a 30 minute walk into the town centre and about a 15 minute drive from Seville airport, SVQ. The hotel is essentially split into two parts, the old main building and the newer conference building which also has accommodation. The older part is traditional Spanish turn of the century architecture and very stylish and the pool is located on the roof of the old building overlooking the entrance and front gardens. There is a small gym on the top floor with a treadmill, a bike and a cross trainer with some weights. The is a nice lobby level restaurant and lounge which is used for both dinner and breakfast. There is a lack of available parking around the hotel, but there is limited space in the hotel basement, at a steep cost. Overall a nice hotel with great staff, close to city centre and often good rates.…

The hotel is very nice. It is in a good location, very easy to take Uber or walk to different tourist locations. The staff is friendly, and the rooms and beds are very clean and comfortable. We loved the vibe of the hotel.
