We spent one night here after a late flight into Seville. The apartment has very good amenities, comfortable bed, large well equipped bathroom, full kitchen space if needed. Cristina was very helpful when booking and finding it. This is in a block of new apartments within 5km of Seville airport; however there is very little around it. Parking is in the street, there are few facilities other than a small cafe to eat. It was good value for the money we paid.

The soundproofing is disastrous: you can hear everything going on inside, and worse, outside. The apartment is located near the ring road. Without balls Quiès forget, your sleep. The apartment was large and well appointed, the firm bedding was very good. The kitchenette is well equipped with washing machine and dishes. The bathroom is poorly fitted out, the sink is much too low (barely 1m) we are both over 1.8m tall so very unpleasant and there is a bidet in front of the shower outlet which could have been installed next to the WC.
The parking spaces are on the street, we found a space right in front by luck because everything was full.
The noise on the other hand was infernal, we hardly slept a wink all night even though we had to get up at 4:30 to go to the airport. They say it’s soundproofed but absolutely not! So courage
