The terrazza of the hotel is a nice place to have a meal in the evenings. You can see the nearby Fuente de Hispalis which is lit up at night and you can walk down the road to the Cathedral which is also lit up. The tables are well-spaced and the service is attentive. They have signature cocktails for €13-14 which is very reasonable given that you're in the best hotel in Sevilla. I had The Last Cocktail for €14 with Bombay gin, rosemary infusion, pear purée, lemon juice and Cava. I then had salmorejo with roasted pineapple, prawn carpaccio and olive oil spheres for €16 which was delicious. I spent a very nice evening there and you should definitely go to this hotel for a meal and a drink if you're visiting Seville.

We have been to Seville many times before - but have only visited the Alfonso's beautiful courtyard bar, despite wanting to stay there many times. We had a long standing reservation for a Deluxe Suite at the hotel for this October, and despite COVID we were determined to go. It was worth it. Due to lower occupancy rate at the hotel, we were upgraded to the Executive Suite, and the whole experience as a guest was incredible. The hotel and it's gardens, the room and the facilities are pure modern luxury, set in a beautiful vintage building. The staff on check in/check out are extremely helpful, assisting with bags and making the process very straightforward. They were helpful in recommending restaurants, bars and sights to see, particularly as we had been to Seville a few times before so we were looking for different things to do. They were particularly good on check-out, which is the measure of a good hotel - arranging a taxi, translating what we needed to the driver and helping to load our bags. There was no hovering around for tips from any of the staff, which of course only makes it feel nicer when you do. The Executive Suite itself was huge, with a well appointed lounge area featuring a small balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. The bedroom had a very large comfortable bed, ample storage facilities, safe, and a spacious bathroom with all the amenities provided. Breakfast was excellent, both from a service and food perspective - but I felt that the hotel was still adjusting a little bit to the new COVID requirements for breakfast buffets, so there was a little bit of a queue to be seated and get your food, which is to be expected. The wait was fine, because the precautions that were being taken were thorough and well adhered to. The on-site restaurant and bar has a great range of food, wines and spirits. We had dinner outside at the terrace restaurant and the barman offered us both a free cocktail of our choice, which was really nice. It was good to see that there was a wide spread of prices both from a food and alcohol perspective - nothing felt like a rip off despite the high end nature of the hotel. We also made use of the pool on two of the days during our stay (there is so much to do in Seville that you will feel a bit guilty lazing around the hotel!). It was well equipped, the staff would bring drinks and food to you, and there are complimentary towels poolside. There are also robes and slippers in the room to wear when you take the walk down to the pool. This was probably the best hotel experience my partner and I have received - I would wholeheartedly recommend the hotel, it is worth the extra money to make your city break even more special.

This hotel is directly in the city center of Sevilla close to the main attractions of the city. The hotel is amazing and the rooms super spacious. I would like to mention Pilar Ledo the breakfast waitress as she was super attentive and made the difference during the amazing breakfast that we had.

First of all we felt like in a classic Agatha Christie murder mystery. This place displays it's history proudly. This is really majestic hotel with a fantastic location. I could not expect less from a category 8 hotel. Hotel had been open only three weeks after the covid shutdown. There were only about 50 guests. Special times but staff handled it excellent way. Maybe one extra pair hands could be useful to add somewhere like peak hours off the breakfast. Room was spacious, high ceilings, marble floors. Quiet place and guaranteed peaceful sleep. AC was good enough to keep room cool even outside temperature raised over 40. Only bad thing about the room was that the shower was combined with bath tub. Breakfast was little restricted but good quality. It was still a buffet but assisted and it caused some longer waiting times. Location great if you want to be close to any sightseeing. Pool was very good and it attracted most of the guests. The place got even little too crowded.
