Very comfortable, well located and with lots of natural light in the rooms. Food quality is good and the assortment diverse. Little unexpected amenities are available like a water and soft drinks dispenser near the lifts which don't rip you off with 5 Star prices. Quite a few eating places are within walking distance if you do not want room...

The elevator you can see the city through it and the room was so clean and ready but didn't like the lights because they been for honeymoon people and not good for singles hard to see in the room.. the bed and the rest room was very comfortable....

We stayed there for a night which was a Friday 15th July. As we went to watch the cirque du soleil and was extremely close to the arena. We didn't go into the town so I can't say much about how far away it is to center or any info on center. However lady who checked us in was great....

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in! This hotel needs to have its stars reviewed as it is not anywhere near a 4*. Such terrible staff, not one friendly staff works here. The service is absolutely horrendous in the reception, restaurants and the bar. The rooms are not of even of a 2* standard with awful showers and...

I agree with the comments on the pool. It was closed the day I arrived and it was 37C We used taxis to get into Granada which were inexpensive. It was too hot to walk! Asked for the shower to looked at but it never was. Very comfortable room otherwise. Would definately return to Granada but stay nearer to the...

Having searched for a Spa hotel in Granada, and not finding to many, we came across the Abades Nevada Palace and decided to book a short weekend break. Although situated outside of the city centre we found it easy enough to walk into (about 40 min) town and whilst doing so found some great little tapa bars and restaurants. The...

Do not come to this hotel out of season (ie before June) if you're hoping for a sunny break. The pool is closed, they refused to provide sun beds and said we must all be full clothes outside ie no bikinis. It was 30 degrees outside! We had only come to Granada for the sun so decided to cancel and...

Stayed here on a day trip to Granada, nice location if you have a car as the city centre is a nightmare to drive through, although parking is €10/night, not advertised. Arrived to find a modern and clean looking room. However: the sink was blocked, I later found that there were used tea bags stuffed underneath the drain stopper, there...

Overall this was a nice 3 star, not the 4 star advertised, hotel in which to stay but the were some problems. 1) the safe did not work, 2) the air conditioner blew only warm air and would not cool off the room, 3) the window shade would not come down to block the morning sunlight, 4) the holder for...
