Hotel is well located in a central plaza between the Cathedral & Alhambra. Lots of interesting activity and tourist information almost next door. We loved our historic room with shuttered Juliet balcony overlooking plaza. Although we ate out noticed many locals enjoying tapas in pretty courtyard.

This hotel is very close to the Alhambra and central to many of the different neighbourhoods in Granada, such as Albayzin, Realejo and Centro. It had reliable wi-fi and was fairly clean, save for the dusty floors. The beds were comfortable, the shower was large and had good water pressure. I was overall happy with my stay here and would... Located in a side street in the city center of Granada, this hotel offers modern but authentic rooms, various good breakfast options as well as friendly and helpful English speaking staff. I have stayed there with friends but its worth to bring your family.

My sister and I stayed at this property two nights. Booking this hotel, I was nervous and hesitant as people had numerous negative things to say (on hotels.com and tripadvisor as well). In retrospect I'm glad I booked this hotel and didn't let the negative reviews be the deciding factor in my decision. The hotel is in THE MOST PERFECT... More

I've spent a total of six months living and studying in Granada over four years and this is a great hotel for its price and location. It is about fifteen seconds from the main plaza and walking distance to the other main attractions in the city. The pros are the location (the best!!), the very friendly staff who are willing... 1) impossible to reach the hotel according to the web addresses. 2)dirty all over the room. 3)The bad mattress that I ever sleep. 4) 70 Euro for the room and 20 for parking is to much. 5) had to change room for a better mattress.no recommend. 6)the service was wonderfully.

i stayed at the Hotel Casa del Pilar as part of a group trip with G Adventure - the rooms are large and clean - so is the bathroom ! Nice toiletries were supplied as well. The hotel has a nice sitting room/bar area and another bar/restaurant right beside it where you can have a drink or have breakfast (not... More

Casa Del Pilar is a beautiful little hotel designed in a Spanish/Victorian motif. It's classy, well kept, and the rooms are cozy. Great location... Just off the main square and walking distance from the Alhambra (Granada's main attraction). On the downside, the wifi is spotty and our TV didn't work (though we don't spend much time watching the tube while... More

Pros: This is not like a regular hotel. It seems like a residence converted to a hotel. The entry is through the eating foyer of a very crowded restaurant/bar downstairs. The rooms are very spacious of nineteenth century design, with high ceilings, tall, narrow windows, balconies and non-functional fire place. The room heating system is not very efficient (probably due... More

The only benefit of this hotel is the location. The service does not exist, forget reception or having some tips about the city. My room was just ok, it needs some fresh paint and the light ceiling did not work. It was not dirty but did not look clean neither, even if bed was done every morning, i doubted floor... More
