Nice hotel but noisy . ,Clean ,reasonable priced.Staff friendly and helpful and Bi lingual .I was charged 32 Euro ,very difficult to find legal parking here so I paid another 10 euro to park in the " lock up " around the back .Why do people bang hotel doors so hard ? I don`t whether it`s the design but it...

Stayed for a short weekend visit. Lovely courtyard in centre of hotel, which would be a relaxing place to sit in warmer months. Room was fine, if a little light on luxuries. Only downside is that it can be a little noisy (dependent on the guests upstairs and the plumbing!). Handy for the Cathedral, though we used a cab to...

This hotel was booked online for a very good price, when we arrived the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, she came out and unlocked the secure private parking area, which if you are in a car is essential in the centre of Granada, this costs extra but is worth every euro, the hotel being in the centre of Granada we...

We felt we got a great deal on this one, and we'd happily return. The staff were very friendly - we're seeing another reviewer had some mishap with them, but we didn't notice any signs of trickery going on and they stored our luggage for us for free for three days (!) while we were out hiking in the alpujarras....

We got a very small room for 3 people. Very expensive (more than 90 euros per night) for this quality. Very noisy at night. You can hear everything from other rooms and from the courtyard. Recepcionist was nice and the hotel is about 10 minutes far away from the center/cathedral. There are many options closer to the cathedral.

I paid for one night for 26 euros in advance via booking.com. On arrival I asked if it were possible to stay another night. The receptionist looked on the computer and advised the cost for the same room would be 50 euros. Instead of paying the 50 directly, I went online to booking.com and saw the price of the same...

Dear customer, it is a real pity that this missunderstanding has led you to this kind of opinion. Both the receptionist and the manager agree that this is not the truth about what happened. Why would we grant you 50% discount? The rate of the room was clearly explained so it was up to you whether you wanted to take...

I stayed here for one night on a quick stopover in Granada. Arrived late - around 1.00am and reception girl was charming and friendly. I had a nice double room with a large bathroom. Everything was clean and fresh, the bed was comfortable and the the shower was hot with good pressure. There was a kettle in the room with...

We arrived in Granada and were warmly welomed by Martina. We stayed for ten days in Abadia Hotel and were treated veery friendly by all the stuff. They advised and helped us most willingly to find places (we were in Granada for the first time). The hotel and our room were immaculately clean. We really enjoyed the stay in Granada...

My wife and I have travelled throughout Spain and France for the last month and have advised hotels that as my wife is blind then she is accompanied by her guide dog. We have been accepted by all hotels so far. This hotel decided to reject my credit card twice when we booked through booking.com . I rang them and...

In our city there are more than 150 hotels that accept dogs (out of 320). Why somebody insist to come with a dog to a hotel that doesn´t ? Can somebody understand that !.

Good location for Train Station, Albayzin area and even Alhambra. A little tricky finding the hotel on foot from train station because street signs were a bit erratic. Took us aprox.25minutes after getting lost twice. Albayzin is aprox. 20 minutes and Alhambra aprox. 30 minutes (15 minutes of which is uphill.) The hotel is quaint, Spanish traditional with courtyard garden....
