Let me just start by saying that I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and I was truly sad to leave! The staff is the nicest and very helpful. The room was the greatest, very comfortable, spacious, quiet and clean. The bed and pillows gave me very good nights sleep. The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants and... More

The Abades was a planned stopover for is on our way to the Algarve. We, a couple plus one child, had originally booked a smaller room (which was totally ok) but then on the spot decided to upgrade to a junior suite. .... it was the right decision. We loved the space, loved the bathroom with the yakuzi even if... More

The hotel is centrally located which is just walking distance to shops, restaurants and bus stop. I enjoy a stroll to El Albaicin district which took me around 30 mins. Staff are nice and can provide solutions to basic enquiries and requests.

To celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary we opted for a city in break in Granada, we chose the Hotel Abades due to good reviews, location and reasonable cost. It is situated on a busy street, close to shops and many restaurants, and you can also walk up to the old town and Alhambra area within ten minutes. The hotel is... More

The hotel is centrally located, it has beautiful balcony overlooking the center of the city. The room is spacious and extremely clean. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The location is a short walk to the cathedral and a bit of a walk to the Palacio Alcazar.

The hotel is near the centre of the city and on one of the main roads, surrounded by lots of shops and places to eat. The reception is small but the rooms are a good size, clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfasts are adequate; not a great range of choice but plenty to eat. Staff are friendly and helpful and happy... It is more likely a 3* star hotel located nearby the city centre. However the room price is reasonable. Room is very spacious but noisy. We also had several problems: air conditioning was not working properly, the tap in the bathroom was leaking, in the mornings we were woken-up by the cleaning lady, who started very early (and she entered... Liked this Hotel - stayed here at the beginning of April 16 and it was very well situated for getting about in Granada and though it is on one of the busiest streets you could not hear any noise (as long as you kept your windows closed). The room was very spacious and very clean. The bathroom had all the... More

We were initially disappointed by the entrance to the hotel, it didn't have a large reception area but the bedroom was lovely and it was clean. We had an issue with the plumbing however it was resolved eventually and to our satisfaction, so thank you Hotel Abades Recogidas!. We would choose to go back to the hotel for a further... More

This hotel was offered as an alternative to a boutique hotel booked nearby which was full and had suffered a broken window in the room the night before and had booked this as a surprise surrogate around the corner. Parking in town was tough as Semana Santa had filled the streets earlier. This hotel's location is its unique selling point,... More
