We had their brunch buffet, and it is the worst I've ever eaten. watered down, over-sweet orange juice, lukewarm eggs, cheap baked goods. Non-existent service. Based on our bad breakfast experience, I would never stay at this place.

Old Palacio, right in the city center, gives you a quiet and comfortable rest. Only minutes away are typical tapas bars and restaurants, also the cathedral and as a highlight of every trip to Andalusia, the Alhambra with the court of lions (under restauration).

A very comfortable hotel in a beautiful historic building, well situated close to Plaza Nueva and within walking distance to Alhambra, from the top floor with view on Alhambra. Tastefully furnished and quiet bedrooms. Beautiful patio and sitting room. Rich breakfast, delicious free afternoon tea.

Loved this hotel! Location is in the old part of the city. We had a car and they send you very good directions to the parking garage and you will get a discounted rate. We took a taxi from the parking garage to hotel. We had a triple room queen bed with a single bed they brought in. All beds...

Best hotel I have been in terms of quality/price relationship. Just lovely, place and people. Location is also great as it is really close to la Alhambra. I would fully recommend! Ideal for couples and people that want a quiet place to rest

This charming hotel is located at foothill of Albaicín, looking up the famous Alhambra. Very convenient location for hiking up to the Mirador de San Nicolás in the evening. Inside of the hotel is classical yet modern. The Patio gives you the feeling of good old Andalucía. Our room, unfortunately, did not have a view of Alhambra, but it was...

Steps away from the plaza nueva, we were welcomed by the friendly receptionists. The hotel oozes charm with a nice blend of old Granada courtyard home and glitz. Our room was very comfortable. I loved that they offered free water. The staff helped us with excellent dinner reservations and locating all the sites we wanted to see. Breakfast was fine...

Beautiful hotel tucked away off the Plaza Nueva. Clean and well run. Our room was comfortable and well appointed with a view of the Alhambra. Staff is helpful and accommodating. They helped us reserve dinner at great restaurants the two nights we were there. Big buffet breakfast. Highly recommend!

This is a very pretty boutique hotel with all rooms located around a central courtyard. It is located in a historic area and on a back street behind a square next to Plaza Nueva where taxis are always lined up so it's easy to get to the Alhambra or wherever.. The staff is accommodating. The buffet breakfast is so so...

We spent 3 nights here at the beginning of November. Pros: Tea time from 430 to 630. Free water and snacks, this was awesome. In fact bottled water is complementary at all times. The location is second to none. The pedestrian area is only a minor annoyance for luggage, don't let this deter you. It's a beautiful hotel. Charming and...
