We stayed for 3 nights at the end of August as part of 11 day holiday in Andalucia. On arriving at Granada bus station we got a a taxi to Palacio de Santa Ines which was only 8 euros and saved a lot of hassle. We were immediately impressed with Granada and loved the area the hotel is located, just... More

There appears to be two parts to this hotel. One more modern side with an elevator and the older historic side without an elevator. I loved that our room was on the historic side. The hotel was built in 1520 and what's left of the painted walls is original as is much of the rest of the historic side of... More

We stayed 3 nights, room good, clean & comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. They helped sort our arrangements for our visit to the Alhambra, nothing was too much trouble. Afternoon tea was available at 4.30pm, also breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices.

The inn has been renovated out of an old ruin. They have done a great job and the rooms are comfortable but small. The staff is incredibly accommodating, especially as we do not speak Spanish. The inn is close to plaza nueva, many restaurants and shopping nearby. The breakfast buffet was also excellent.

We stayed here for two nights, chosen according to reviews, the location and staff were excellent and you couldn't wish for better. Wifi internet was great. Didn't try the breakfast. The negatives: -Small bed, small room, no facilities, -The bed was not stable -All furniture was extremely outdated and fragile. -Value for money

Don't follow your GPS to the hotel. Park in a lot Triunfo on Avenida Constitución. Hotel will subsidize cost. You really don't want to drive in old city. Hotel and staff rare lovely. Room was on interior courtyard that was picturesque. Get Alhambra tickets in,advance
