Four of us booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Rooms on third floor with view of Alhambra. Spacious, immaculately clean, and most comfortable. As the hotel is situated in the old Moorish quarter, traffic noise is not an issue. We all slept comfortably. Breakfast was excellent; wide variety of options were available. All staff were courteous, friendly and helpful -...

We had one of the best stays of our three week honeymoon in France and Spain in Palacio de Santa Ines. The location is brilliant, we had a beautiful view, and the staff were wonderfully helpful, giving us tips that made our time in Granada even more enjoyable. We were also really touched that they left a bottle of champagne...

There are pluses and minuses with a 16th Century Hotel. The building is unique and historical which are pluses. Additionally it is close to a lot of sites and activities. However due to its age there noteworthy minuses. First I confirm the odors mentioned in some of the negative reviews--resembling the scent of sewage and mildew. Second I also confirm...

Not only is the location a perfect distance into the Albaicín from Plaza Nueva, close to bars, restaurants, and a stunning view of the Alhambra, but the staff is kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

This was one of the most interesting and memorable hotels I have ever stayed in. The building is exquisite, the location is perfect, and the staff could not be friendlier or more supportive. Can't recommend it enough.

We loved Palacio de Santa Inez. Our section was an hiistoric house converted to a hotel. Our room had a view of the Alhambra and a comfy, comfy bed! I loved the open interior balconies and the art collection. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was excellent: super helpful, friendly and cheerful. We didn't have Alhambra tickets and our night...

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very quirky and had a spiral stair case with a small sitting area above. It also had a bath. The room was very clean. The breakfast choice was very good.

We loved our stay here in room 10 with Alhambra view and small sitting room. Lovely, clean, historic hotel with very friendly staff. We took the bus from the airport which leaves you off at the cathedral and it was about .3 miles up the road. About .4 miles walk to the Alhambra. Great location for exploring the city and...

The hotel benefits from a great location between Alhambra and Albaysin - it cannot be accessed by car that needs to be parked relatively far. The hotel is quite picturesque featuring two patios (one beautiful one and a second one less so). The hotel was situated in the the best place to visit the Alhambra and all the nearby interesting places in the Albacyn area. Wonderful atmosphere. You can sense the age of the building and the necessity to keep cool.
